Not long after an affirming treatment by Hollywood, the life of the "father of the sexual revolution," Alfred Kinsey, is about to be feted on Broadway.
The musical "Dr. Sex" is scheduled to run Aug. 26 to Oct. 30 at the Peter Norton Space in New York City, according to BroadwayWorld.com
Production notes call "Dr. Sex" the "cleanest show about sex in the history of musical comedy."
The movie "explores the loving relationship between Dr. Alfred Kinsey, his wife, Clara ... and their handsome boyfriend (and lab assistant), Wally Matthews."
Brian Noonan of "The Phantom of the Opera" and "Les Miserables" has the title role, and three-time Drama Desk nominee Jennifer Simard plays Kinsey's devoted wife.
"Fun, sweet and outrageously screwball, with toe-tapping music and memorable lyrics," says the production notes, "Dr. Sex is the new musical comedy for anyone who’s ever had (or thought about having) 'you-know-what.'"
But the new musical, like last fall's feature film "Kinsey," can be expected to come under fire from defenders of traditional values.
"Alfred C. Kinsey – the universally proclaimed 'father of the sexual revolution,' the supposedly conservative family man, the objective scientific researcher and amiable academic – was a sexual psychopath," writes WND Managing Editor David Kupelian in his new blockbuster book, "The Marketing of Evil: How Radicals, Elitists, and Pseudo-Experts Sell Us Corruption Disguised as Freedom."
Documenting how Kinsey actually encouraged serial pedophiles to abuse young children so he could tabulate the "data" showing the "sexual responses" of children as young as a few months of age, Kupelian concludes: "So the 'heroic scientist' – whose 'research' launched the sexual revolution and provides the 'scientific' basis for it to this very day – was actually a sexually depraved human being who 'rejoiced' at pedophiles' conducting horrifying, Dr. Mengele-like sexual experiments on hundreds of children."
Researcher Judith Reisman, author of "Kinsey, Crimes and Consequences," was critical of the film during its entire production process. She warned actor Liam Neeson, who played the title role, and others that they were party to a whitewash of a man who did incalculable damage to American society by providing "scientific" rationale for softening laws that protect women and children from molesters and giving institutional sanction to a libertine sexual morality that has ruined millions of lives.
Reisman was prevented from seeing two private screenings of "Kinsey."
As WorldNetDaily reported in February 2003, Kinsey director and writer Bill Condon was upset by a campaign by Reisman and radio host Dr. Laura Schlessinger to expose Kinsey as a "man who produced and directed the rape and torture of hundreds of infants and children."
Reisman believes the new Broadway production and the film are part of a media blitz backed by the Ford Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, Kinsey Institute and others that seeks to rehabilitate Kinsey as some of the explosive revelations about him gradually surface in the mainstream media.
It is sickening how the left worships this monster.

There is a special place in hell for Kinsey.
Horrible. I will be a-pinging soon, probably tomorrow. My actual life interrupted my freeping for a few days, and I haven't pung out anything for several days.
This one is a must. Kinsey was such an influential man, his noxious evil still is influencing society. He must be exposed for the sick, lying criminal that he was.

I saw a backers audition of this musical in April and I was probably the only person in the room who thought the subject was offensive. Unfortunately it was a well-written, directed and performed musical. I wonder if they can sneak this one by as 'harmless fun'. I look forward to the reviews; will the critics discuss the real Dr. Kinsey?Or will this 'goofy nebbishy 'playful' Dr. Kinsy succeed and then be performed in high school and colleges in five years. That is frightening.
