Just finished watching Goldberg giving a talk in a bookstore. Very funny anecdotes. A great speaker. He handled a couple of planted hecklers in the audience like a master, and conducted a very rational appeal for decency and civility in American life.
If you get a chance, I highly recommend the program.
(Now I gotta buy the book!)
Any idea if there will be a replay? Time??
You know what they say. "Check your local listings."
Too bad it's too late for him to update his list and add one Cindy Sheehan to it.
And who is responsible for "rottening" Americans' grammar?
"8. Paul Krugman (economist, columnist for NY Times)
Goldberg is unable to find a quote of Krugman's that is hysterical or extreme, so Krugman's flaw is that he consistently argues against Bush's policies without sounding foolish..."
Must not have tried very hard.
Mr. Philip Dhingra certainly looks down his nose at Goldberg. He could barely hide his contempt. Dhingra better keep his day job.
"Can we break the machine that is imposing right-wing radicalism on the United States? The scariest part is that the media is part of that machine."-Paul Krugman
"But the vitriol also reflects the fact that many of the people at the Republican National Convention, for all their flag-waving, hate America. They want a controlled, monolithic society; they fear and loathe our nation's freedom, diversity and complexity."-Paul Krugman
Republicans hate America and fear and loathe our nation's freedom? Anybody here believe this crap? This kind of liberal BS is why I hate these people.
Michael Moore is 14, 15, and 16.
LOL!
I do hold it against Goldberg that he has Michael Savage on his list. Savage does engage in periodic emotion-fueled rants, however, he fundamentally loves America and wants to see more and better out of our elected officials - beginning with securing our borders, enshrining English as our language, and upholding the best of our culture which freedom affords us.

I've read most of the hit conservative books. My sister-in-law get 'em from some wealthy conservative friend and if I like 'em, I'll by them for my liebary (sic).
Haven't read any of the Goldberg follow-ups however.
Have heard him interviewed several times by Howie Carr, on WKRO, our Boston conservative, evening drive-time talk show, .
Sounds like a even-minded, level-headed guy.
Good for you for showing up and supporting him.
I finally discovered Air America Radio last week. God, how pathetic. You can just feel the hate for all things and people who don't tow the party line.
I caught it as well.
Goldberg is adept at batting away the liberal flys.
.
America's Top 2 Trouble-Makers, HILLARY & BILL CLINTON, are missing from GOLDBERG's new book.
Draw your own conclusions as to WHY?
