You betcha! She also had it liened in 1998. Subsequent release didn't occur until September of 2004. Maybe the Gold Star Tax Delinquency Fund paid off the IRS for her.

Considering the IRS workload, it is doubtful they would seriously go after *anybody's* 2004 taxes much before 2007.
By then, Bush will no longer be President, Cindy will no longer be remembered (by anyone). . .and who knows what the situation in Iraq will be.

But she will still have to deal with the IRS.
Her current game-playing may easily come back to bite her at a time when nobody anywhere cares about her situation.
