She didn't pay her taxes back in the 1990s either. IRS liened her house in 1996. The fruitcake is using her dead soldier son to validate her prior bad acts

You betcha! She also had it liened in 1998. Subsequent release didn't occur until September of 2004. Maybe the Gold Star Tax Delinquency Fund paid off the IRS for her.
