same here....my dtr visited and was accepted at Texas Tech but adding up the extra cost for being out of staters, she decided to stay local.....too bad for Texas....they lost a good one....

the new mantra is "if you can get the suckers to pay for everything, do it"....

It's OK. My daughter ended up with an ROTC scholarship, spent a year in Iraq that change her view of what she wanted to do in life, and is now starting a MBA at Vanderbilt.
