All we are saying is give peas a chance
All we are saying is give peas a chance
War! - huh- yeah-
What is it good for?
Absolutely nothing
Uh-huh

What is it good for?
Absolutely nothing
Say it again yall

What is it good for?
Absolutely nothing
Listen to me
All we are saying is give peas a chance
All we are saying is give peas a chance
Yes, how many times must a man look up
Before he can see the sky ?
Yes, how many ears must one man have
Before he can hear people cry ?
Yes, how many deaths will it take till he knows
That too many people have died ?
The answer my friend is blowin' in the wind
The answer is blowin' in the wind.
All we are saying is give peas a chance
All we are saying is give peas a chance
Where have all the young men gone?
Long time passing
Where have all the young men gone?
Long time ago
Where have all the young men gone?
Gone for soldiers every one
When will they ever learn?
When will they ever learn?
Where have all the soldiers gone?
Long time passing
Where have all the soldiers gone?
Long time ago
Where have all the soldiers gone?
Gone to graveyards every one
When will they ever learn?
When will they ever learn?
All we are saying is give peas a chance
All we are saying is give peas a chance
Evening, folks...long day at the library cataloging...but here I am for awhile...
seat belts ... only if we can find what to strap them to??
Won't people be like connected into something??? : )
Yah, my sister, redhead (FReeper) just moved back there...I think she will enjoy all the auroras for both of us...(I hope!)
Hi, Gal!
How are things in your neck of the woods?
Does the library give you any time to relax?
(I actually envy you that "job!")
That's just it. Everything is taking off!
... or ... not.
If you could have your sister take pics and post them later...I'd love to see them!!

Use chainsaw, pistol or rifle with scop to nail the buggers at various ranges. Hit 'space' to reload.
Well...if you want me to DRIVE, let me know...I promise we'll GET there...
*smirk*
Next time she's online, I'll ask her. She's had a "relocation" cold the last few days, so she's not feeling all that well.
I'm dying to visit her! LOL!
Well....I've got a horrible aim...I only got one, lol (and he was right near the gun. : )
Yep...those "relocation" colds are indeed a pain...right when you can't be sick, when you've got so much to do....
Alaska gets auroras fairly often, don't they?
I've always wanted to visit there....you MUST take pictures when you go...and share! : )
That is SOOOO sick!
(I love it!)
I wish it were a real job...It's volunteer work, in part to get me some local references...but at age 50, I have realized that I should have gone into library science.
Ah well. Come the summer, if everything goes right, I am going to work as a Status/Check-In clerk during fire season...for that I'll get paid.
And I do find the library work relaxing. It's a small technical library, mostly about silvaculture and land management stuff, not a lot of walk in traffic, and blissfully quiet. Me, the computer I'm working on and materials to catalog.
Peaceful. But then, some people might think I'm weird for liking to catalog science articles all day...
when I first got on the internet back about 94, I used to go to a site where I shot up Barney...
Summer is best for them because of the "dry" air, but yes, the Poles are excellent for auroras.
It will be at least a year before I can visit, but I'm already looking forward to it...she's only been there a month...:o[
All mathematical analysis indicates we'll have more than enough power to take off, and arrive safely in orbit.
If the performance of the shuttle thrusters is as planned...
If the vibration is not excessive...
If there are no catastrophic failures of critical components...
And If the ghost of Katrina doesn't get in our way.
The seat?
Which is attached to the floor?
We do have a floor, right?
You can hear them?
I've never heard one.
Cool!
That's something new I learned...don't know why I always thought auroras in Alaska were in winters....(probably because I picture snow in Alaska....thought I know that's not true...I've seen pics with grass lol).
How exciting...a whole year to plan on your trip...and she'll be all settled in....how fun.
I envy you every minute of the time you spend there!
I worked in the school library when I was 13, and have never forgotten it. Now, of course, one needs a degree in "library science" in order to "work" there.
And one thing I had no clue about was that "Filing" is a college class....(where have I been...?)
LOL!
(Think of me when you go there again, OK?)
