National Security: The knowledge that Mohammed Atta was affiliated with al-Qaida was known at least a year before Sept. 11, but political correctness and walls between agencies built by Democrats kept it a secret.
Curt Weldon, R-Pa..."Two weeks after 9-11, my friends from the Army's information dominance center, in cooperation with special ops, brought me...this chart of al-Qaida...Mohammed Atta."
Lee Hamilton, co-chair of the 9-11 commission, said the commission "did not learn of any U.S. government knowledge prior to 9-11 of surveillance of Mohammed Atta or of his cell . . . Had we learned of it, obviously it would've been a major focus of our investigation."
But they did learn of it. The New York Times reports that the 9-11 commission staff had the Able Danger data...
Commission staffers plan a trip to the National Archives to retrieve their notes on Able Danger's findings...where Clinton National Security Adviser Sandy Berger was caught stuffing classified documents about terrorist threats down his pants, presumably to remove them from public scrutiny.
And this is the same commission that included Jamie Gorelick, a deputy attorney general in the Clinton Justice Department...architect of the wall between intel and law enforcement, making "connecting the dots" before 9-11 a virtual impossibility.
..."single greatest structural cause" for 9-11, which was "the wall that segregated criminal investigators and intelligence agents."
...Maybe the focus will shift from how George Bush could have prevented 9-11 in his eight months in office to what Bill Clinton failed to do in eight years.
And maybe...the whiners who fight on fears that swat teams will descend on public libraries renewal of the Patriot Act to prevent the next Atta from flying a plane into a building, will just shut up, let us collect the dots and connect them.

I think this is the story about 9/11 that has never really been told to most people. And the libmedia isn't going to besmirch the imaginary Clinton legacy and Hillary's chances in '08 by bringing it up.
Rep. Curt Weldon said today on Fox News that there are 15 unexamined boxes of documents(!), and now 11 witnesses(!!), (NOT just 1), who are willing to testify under oath.
He also is calling for 9/11 Staffers to be questioned under oath re: their evident negligence, &/or close-mindedness, &/or cover-up behavior, and/or stonewalling.
I just saw on another thread that the naval officer wasn't "sufficiently credible." Didn't they ever hear that a good liar chooses one story and sticks to it?
Whoa! Just a minute there, pardner. As I remember, McCarthy was proven right. So why are you accusing him of "running the country"?
As a matter of fact, McCarthy never realized how many Commies there actually were in government, media, and education.
As the John's Committe in Florida said of the Florida university system "it's full of Commies and queers".
Neither McCarthy nor the John's Committee understood the breadth and depth of Comminism in America.
There never going to be prosecuted, but we at least have to keep that witch out of the White House.
Um, Idaho was Bush I. :-(
But Clinton scored more points for bodies, hardware and pyrotechnics in Waco.
Don't forget the iron-clad enforcement of those bad policies...

How're ya doin? ;-)
It's a busy night. My modem was out for two days. Coming here tonight is like stepping into a nightmare, with the Clintons back in all their glory (Or should that be gory?).
It's too late EDT, see ya later. |-)

Yes. A hurricane had divided a city on racial lines. Jackson, Sharpton and West made their racist claims and it's no big deal or rightful to do so. Bush as the racist can be perpetrated throughout the MSM, but the fact that Sheehan made anti-Semetic comments is not even reported.
bill Clinton is suddenly going around saying how much he did against terrorism. Of course he is lying, but he is aware these reports are out there. He also is confident I am sure that the media will keep this under cover, but he is putting out his propaganda just in case.
