"Wasn't the 9/11 Commission the investigation that was referred to in Senator Rockefeller's leaked Intelligence Committee memo that spoke of stringing along the Republicans for as long as possible before "pulling the trigger" on an investigation, sometime in 2004?"
By all means, Senator Rockefeller. Let's have another investigation. Let's see how you cover up for your Democrat friends.

You are so right about the Democrats -- they can never be allowed power again with these people around. They cannot be trusted to have the best interest of America at heart because they will do anything to achieve their agenda.
Do you remember when Morris just said he was talking to McAullife and they thought Hillary would drop out of the Senate race and not waste her money? Just read that this week and now wonder if it had to do with all of this coming out. Ms. Co-President has to know that she is right in the center of the bullseye.
Seeing the nails put in her political coffin one by one will be a day for celebration with each nail! :)

The 1993 trial of the One eyed Mullah supressed all links to international terrorism because of the difficulty in prosecuting.
Leftists view terrorism as a tactic..

Sometimes discretion is the better part of valor. If you wake up with some house flies buzzing around, swat them. If you wake up in the nest of a King Cobra, move cautiously ... very cautiously.Well, he has three more years to kill the snakes.
The only thing needed for evil to triumph is for good men do nothing.

Could not figure out when it was announced that the hearing on his sentencing per the plea bargain had been delayed but it is definitely making more sense today. Thanks PKM. I noticed that too. The delayed sentencing was announced without giving us any reasons. If this information was beginning to come out it may have clashed with some of the stipulations in the plea bargain. I anxiously await the next installment.

"I suspect that her apparent involvement in the incorrect decision that it was illegal to use special ops troops to go after al Qaeda's leadership, when she was the head attorney for the Department of Defense, was far more significant."
Well, that's two strikes against her. And she was on the 9/11 Commission? And is it true that she was controlling the selection of the evidence reviewed by the Commission?

Just read that this week and now wonder if it had to do with all of this coming out. Ms. Co-President has to know that she is right in the center of the bullseye. Certainly if the WJC Administration appears in any way culpable for 9/11 or other attacks, HRC loses many whole points in electability.

If Bush had done what we all wish for, and charged head on into the face of this evil, seeking to indict and convict key people in the previous administration for their crimes and treasons, my guess is he would no longer be President - or alive.Bump

I think this is only the beginning of shoes dropping for the Clintons and their minions. When I heard Weldon had people like Duncan Hunter on board, I knew this was going to get even bigger.
Am really impressed with Weldon and his grasp of the details in all of this. That man has been researching with his staff. I am impressed.

The
Washington Post and
New York Times reported in March and April that the five documents stolen by Sandy the Burglar were different versions of Richard Clarke's classified millennium "after action review" from early 2000. He also took the handwritten notes he made in the National Archive about the after action review. Berger shred three of the five versions because they were allegedly identical. Berger returned the two remaining stolen copies of the report and his handwritten notes after he was called out for stealing the documents by archives staff.
The NYT obtained this information from a Berger "associate" when his plea bargain was announced; the Washington Post's source is less clear, although they also spoke to a "Berger associate who declined to be identified by name but was speaking with Berger's permission."

You just said what I was thinking when I read that about Gorelick at DoD. Always thought Cohen was out of his element and didn't have the foggiest what was happening. It was like he was in charge but not in charge. Strange time for DoD and now I know why -- Gorelick!

Sorta lke that commercial for Pella Windows... the two ladies admiring the windows while the family dog and Hubby are blowing up the BarBQ outside. First time I watched it I never noticed what was going on OUTSIDE the window! LOL!

And is it true that she was controlling the selection of the evidence reviewed by the Commission? That is what I have read on some threads here but cannot confirm authoritatively. It certainly has the ring of truth to it, though.
To: Enchante
Oh, wait, since Bruce Lindsey was supposedly directing Sandy Burglar's escapades from behind the scenes, it all fits!
Lindsey and Berger were consulting by cellphone while Berger was reviewing the documents - which in itself is a violation of security law.
To: jimfree
Certainly if the WJC Administration appears in any way culpable for 9/11 or other attacks, HRC loses many whole points in electability. Her popularity in NY right now is only at 50% for the Senate. Not good for a blue state.
