A jury began deliberating yesterday on whether an exotic dancer's alleged moves on a boyfriend's 13-year-old son are criminal.
Jenna Wright, 24, of Quincy, is charged with indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 and showing obscene material to a minor. Milford Police allege she danced provocatively up against the boy and showed him illicit photos of herself stored on her cell phone.
Now 14, the boy testified yesterday in Worcester District Court he was at his father's Milford home last Dec. 19 during a holiday party. He went to play with a remote control car outside, where a real car belonging to a cousin was parked in the driveway playing music.
Wright followed him outside and began dancing up against him, the boy testified, rubbing her buttocks and hips up against his hip area.
"She just kept rubbing up (against me) until I got pinned up against my cousin's car....It just made me uncomfortable. I didn't know what to do," the boy testified.
The boy said neither he nor Wright spoke during the approximately 10 minutes of dancing, and she stopped when his father came out.
Shortly later, the father drove the boy and his younger sister back to their mother's Southborough home, the teen said. Wright came along and pulled out her cell phone when his father got out at a Milford gas station.
Wright asked if the teen wanted to see pictures of her car, which recently had been in an accident, the boy testified. But the boy said he found himself looking at two photos of Wright, one of her topless and kissing another woman's bare chest.
"It was just uncomfortable," he said. "I'm like, 'Why is she showing me this? I'm 13 years old.'"
