"Terri, always behind you and Don."
We KNOW you are and we have never forgotten your trip to Philadelphia to be at his trial. We will always remember the time, help and money, from all of our supporters including FREEPER supporters.
I'll just *bet* you have, my friend. ;^)
Your situation -- in a strange way -- reminds me of The Dixie Chics.
Yup, sure does.
How one of a 3 party partnership involving a fairly successful musical group who've seriously "made it" in an extremely tough business, blew it for the remaining two *partners* with their reckless *&* offensive big mouth.
Who'd a thunk the repercussions would've been what they were ultimately responsible for the act's total destruction? :o)
The similarity for me is how a handful of Philly union goons somehow thought they could rough-up a few seemingly unimportant, rather unknown protesters with impunity.
And what was the *motive* behind their brazen behavior?
Because it was during a time they'd felt quite brave, quite invincible with their guy firmly entrenched in the WH.
Well *that* momentary lapse of reason has resulted in triggering the epitome of an unintended consequence for them, for their political operatives *and* for any other union pulling the same or similar shenanigan(s) anywhere across the nation.
It'd only be Hoyle letting 'em know -- down at their union hall via postcard? -- what they've started, don'tcha think? {g}
Since you're actively tracking instances of thuggery by the Liberal-Socialist's union rank & file, anyway?
Might I suggest you take a few moments -- every now & then -- to post the results of what you've found??
Be doing a genuine public service to those of us who see the importance of stopping this kind of crap *starts* with knowing its happening (somewhere) to begin with, eh?
*If* you decide my idea has merit, I'd like to request something of you.
That I be the first on your new "Union Thuggery" ping list. ;^)
...-BTTT-
You will be first on the list as requested. : )
I seem to remember some big wig union thug taking off his hat and then all hell broke loose.
I remember seeing this happen on live TV local news.I can't beleive it was 98.He dropped his hat and they beat you and your brother up.I was on FR at the time but not a member yet.
There was absolutely no evidence of wrongdoing by Don, and an eyewitness police account (which was withheld until the night before Don's trial) AND video, vindicated Don of all wrongdoing, yet DA Lynne Abraham, attempted unsuccessfully to prosecute Don, but she would not attempt to prosecute Mr. Morris even though he was caught on video assaulting Don and inciting Don's attack and the riot. She refused to accept out private criminal complaint and the Philadelphia Courts, unsurprisingly, upheld her decision.
Is there no justice here in PA.
Ping me the second week in September, and I will send another donation.
The Adams will not be beaten...again.

WHatever happened to Lynn Abraham?
She deserves a takedown.
He was put into office by vote fraud, I would bet on it; Rendell was a lousy mayor, and who can believe the state elected Ridge, and then turned around and elected Rendell? It is not believeable.
When the vote fraud investigation is completed in Philadelphia, it will be uncovered that he was put into office. With voting machines already loaded with votes when they opened the voting places for the presidential election in 2004, the stench is overwhelming!!
Pennsylvanians, and I used to be one of them long ago, had better smell the coffee, and fight to regain control of their state, or they will live to regret it.
Yes, she should have been thrown out of office long ago.
It's holding the higher ups, and the National Teamsters that has been the great difficulty.
Pennsylvania Supreme Court Announces Revised Rule to Increase Accountability of Courts January 29, 1997
"We in the Judiciary are dedicated to providing the people of Pennsylvania with a fair and effective resolution of all matters which come before the courts," Chief Justice Flaherty said. "This rule will help us achieve that goal by emphasizing accountability throughout the judicial system with a resulting increase in prompt and efficient disposition of cases in our courts."
Does that apply? If so, so much for a prompt trial. The courts are making laughing stocks of themselves.
An FYI above.
Thanks for the ping. I just can't believe what these two fine folks have had to go through and still are going through.
Their situation is such a perfect example of wide spread corruption and how it can totally destroy innocent lives.
I've been praying for them and will continue. Thanks again.
