SNIP: Bottom line? Clinton delegated authority to FEMA to run the show however it sees fit if he declares a national emergency. Who will determine how much food we can have in our house? FEMA. And the amount depends on the needs of all...not your needs or my needs...but the "welfare" of the needy.
The needy will certainly be those who made fun of us for storing supplies. FEMA's message: prepare to share.
Thank you for trying.
I am sorry that you are not "important enough" to enter the secret area.........

A passenger plane has crashed in Peru's Amazon jungle killing at least 40 people and injuring many more. The death toll could rise even further, with the country's President, Alejandro Toledo, saying 70 to 80 were dead

Serbia steps up security checks on foreigners especially Arabs

By UNITED PRESS INTERNATIONAL Published August 23, 2005
BELGRADE, Serbia-Montenegro -- Serbian security forces have stepped up security checks on foreign nationals, especially Arabs.
The tighter measures implemented by the Serbian Interior Ministry has already led to the arrest of Moroccan national Abdelmajid Bouchar, a suspect in the Madrid terrorist attacks, the FoNet web-site reported. The beefed up security was ordered after the Madrid terror bombings that killed 200 people in March 2004, but they have recently been intensified, FoNet said.
They involve stricter border controls and in-depth checks on the movement and behaviour of potentially suspicious persons. In contrast to the United States, where so-called racial profiling remains a political hot potato and avoided issue, the Serbian police show no compunction about giving special attention to citizens from Arab countries, Arabs from Western Europe, and Muslim citizens coming from Kosovo or Bosnia-Hercegovina, the web-site said.
Serbian security forces have also implemented visible measures of protection against terrorist attacks including stepped up security at airports and railway stations, as well as at foreign embassies, diplomatic and consular offices and residencies of ambassadors from countries that could be a target of terrorist attacks.
Counter-terrorism measures have also been stepped up in connection with the European basketball and handball championships scheduled to take place in Belgrade in September.

SAUDI ARABIA: FOOTBALLERS RECRUITED BY AL-ZARQAWI
Adnki ^ | August 23 | AKI
Posted on 08/23/2005 4:34:45 PM PDT by RDTF
Riyadh, 23 August (AKI) - The captain of the al-Rashid football team in the Saudi city of Taif near Mecca has revealed that three former footballers on the team were recruited to al-Qaeda terror group by its Iraqi number-one, the Jordanian militant Abu Musab al-Zarqawi. Jafar Attas told the Saudi newspaper Al-Watan that he decided to intervene publically after the father of one of his former team-mates, Majid Sawat, recognised his son as one of the suspected al-Qaeda militants arrested in Iraq, whose interrogations were broadcast on Iraqi television.
Sawat's father confirmed that his son is currently in Mosul prison after being arrested while trying to carry out a suicide attack. However, his two companions, Tamer al-Thamali and Dayf Allah al-Harithi, managed to complete their suicide 'missions'.
Tamer was the first of the three to disappear, two years ago, shortly after the death of his brother in a road accident. The other players from the team believed all three had left Taif for work reasons, but their captain said he suspected from the start that they had left for Iraq.
"I remember that every Wednesday and Thursday they met up to carry out religious activities," he told the newspaper. However, their other team-mates said the three former footballers did not arouse suspicion because they had always lived quiet, normal lives.
Hundreds of young Saudi men are thought to have gone to Iraq to join the Jihad, or holy war, there. In May, two Arab newspapers ran interviews with young Saudis who went to Iraq but changed their mind. One said he and his friend returned to Saudi Arabia on learning that their only contribution would be as a suicide car-bomber. Another said he and his companions turned back before reaching the Syrian-Iraqi border, on receiving a text message with a fatwa from a Saudi mufti, banning Saudis from taking part in the Jihad. He also said 300 young men had left to fight in Iraq from his region alone.
Simple, storing = HOARDING....
For a more in depth discussion of this see this article...which btw was originally on FR but has been mysteriously deleted. So check THIS out:
This muslim plan to take over the world, is not new, it goes back a long ways.
There is a muslim mannifesto that reads like the communist manifesto of 1963.

When the EO is decreed, for six months NO ONE can change the order, no Governor, not Congress, nor the President.
From the article:
The most shining example of America to the world has been its peaceful transition of government from one administration to another. Despite crises of great magnitude, the United States has maintained its freedom and liberty.
This nation now stands on the threshold of rule by non-elected people asserting non-Constitutional powers.
Even Congress cannot review a Martial Law action until six months after it has been declared. For the first time in American history, the reigns of government would not be transferred from one elected element to another.
The Constitution of the United States will be "suspended". The same Constitution that many of us swore to "support and defend against all enemies, foreign or DOMESTIC".

I am one of those who felt that clinton would use this law to stop the election and the action to get him out of the White House.
He had everything in place and was ready.
I often wonder why he didn't at the last minute?
It is pretty clear that his groupies thought they were there to stay, when they had to leave, they trashed the White House and Air Force one, stole all they could and did all the mischief they could, right up to the last minute.

went down to the water, for no reason."
I think that was in St. Louis.
