At least one border agent hasn't quite fulfilled his job description.
An illegal alien who was a US border agent is charged with smuggling illegal aliens across the US border, reports KFI News in Los Angeles.
28-year-old Oscar Antonio Ortiz submitted a false birth certificate when he applied to become a border agent. The certificate said he was born in Chicago. Ortiz was hired in 2001.
Now the federal government says Ortiz was born in Tijuana and that he smuggled illegal aliens across the border while on duty as a US border agent.
Ortiz was arrested in California on Thursday and is charged with conspiracy to smuggle illegal aliens and with falsly claiming US citizenship.
Not suprising...
For once I'm speechless.

Heard this on Roger Hedgecock's San Diego show this afternoon. This is the best part! Since an illegal wasn't even found out when applying for a job with the border patrol, what chance do private employers have?
Still, this isn't surprising. It just makes it all that more important the Minute Men Project thrives.
You might think that the US Government might be capable of making sure that all BP are US citizens, and you'd be wrong.
You'd also be wrong to think that the US government has any interest in doing so.

We can't keep illegal aliens from working for the border patrol, the airlines, in our food industry, trucking, or elderly and child care positions.
Somebody explain to me again, what exactly does the department of homeland security do?
Yes there are. Lots of them. The government doesn't want to catch them, or it would. Or, if they're not able, hire me and several others I could quickly recruit and I guarantee I can find them. I promise.
They only care about white guys with ancient DUI convictions or BS like that.

The Spaniards taught the Latin Americans the art of document forgery, by the way. The Creoles in Latin America would forge documents claiming they had pure Spanish heritage in order to move in to higher positions. This is EXACTLY what is going on now.
Oh, and one more thing. This one was stupid. Talking a traceable phone, etc. Others have already moved up into supervisory positions. I knew one I am convinced was an illegal alien was teaching at David Lipscomb University in Nashville some years back. Others are working at Saturn in Spring Hill, TN. We're idiots here.

Unfortunately, this is also happening in Iraq. The terrorists are joining the Iraqi police & military just to ambush & kill the good guys. It is hard to smoke them out.
