Yikes, a cold blooded murderer. He left, came back, and executed a man holding his baby in his arms.

After dropping his wife off, he allegedly returned to the scene of the confrontation, pointed a handgun through an open window and fired, police said.

Cold blooded murder, pure and simple.

Police said Bishop has a valid handgun license.

Bill & Electric, what are the chances this guy had a concealed carry permit? Is a handgun license valid to carry a handgun in his car?

The victim's 10-month-old girl was covered with blood but uninjured when police found her in a car seat on the floor of the vehicle.

Walter R. Bishop, 60, who was taking medication for depression, was arrested Tuesday and charged with first-degree murder in the death of 27-year-old Sandro Andrade. He pleaded innocent and was ordered held without bail; a hearing was scheduled for Aug. 26.

Plymouth District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz said Bishop had made a calculated decision to "shoot a man in cold blood in broad daylight on the streets of Brockton."

After dropping his wife off, he allegedly returned to the scene of the confrontation, pointed a handgun through an open window and fired, police said.

"Pop! Pop! Pop! Pop! Four shots. It sounded like a cap gun," Louis McPhee, the manager of a car wash across the street, told The Boston Globe. "The guy was lying there in his own blood with a hole in his head and his arm still on the baby."

Thats impossible...Ted 'the Swimmer' has assured me that I would be perfectly safe in Mass-of-2-sh*ts. Guns are strictly regulated.

"Typical Massachusetts driver?"

Pretty much.

Good thing for the guy this happened in MA, he'll probably get a stiff 3-4 month sentence and have to write a letter of apology (in the language of his choice, of course).

No death penalty in MA.

Remember MA is the home of Ted Kennedy -- he wanted to make sure he could kill again and not get the needle.

I can only assume that the deceased managed to merge into traffic, something the Massachusetts drivers detest.

"Walter R. Bishop, 60, who was taking medication for depression..."

I'm calling a big fat BS line here.

You can not legally hold a concealed carry permit and be taking antidepressant meds.

Some commas would help make it clear who was killed: "Man, holding daughter, killed in road rage." Or you could have, "Man, holding daughter killed in road rage."

Well, it figures doesn't it?

TK is a loathsome individual. How anyone can listen to anything that comes out of his mouth and give any credibility is beyond me. He is a lunatic sociopath.

Gotta be a Prozac moment...another of many. I am "fabbergastic" that those kind of drugs remain on the market.

Police said Bishop has a valid handgun license.

The anti-gun crowd is going to latch onto this...
