I know that MANY of the Senate's members confirmed previous appointments for Bolton. Does anyone have information on that?
Bolton is OK for other important positions, but not for the UN? Is what Feingold says about Bolton and North Korea true?

Have Voinovich give Feingold a tissue.

It's Feingold! You know he is just after the Dems to nominate him for a VP run. He is sticking his neck out there so the lefties notice him. I don't place any stock in ANYTHING our senator says.

And how is your pathetic wailing bolstering our position at the UN, Senator?
Exactly, STFU!

I sent this pud a letter with the words "shut up about Bolton and give him a vote". He responded with his typical leftist letter about serious concerns about Boltons qualifications. Down with Russ.

His comments about the North Korean regime during sensitive negotiations almost derailed our efforts there derailed what efforts? Exactly what good has ever come out of negotiations with NK?

The Senate refused to make a final decision on the nomination pending review of documents that the administration declined to provide in what Feingold characterized as "blatant disregard for the Senate's constitutional rights and responsibilities." No, DEMOCRATS in the Senate refused perform their Constitutional duty to allow a vote on the nomination.

It's Slimeroad; the guy who lied about certain key out-of-state contributions just before the 1998 election, and then delayed reporting them beyond the time frame allowed by law.

"His comments about the North Korean regime during sensitive negotiations almost derailed our efforts there." Efforts to ensure that Krazy Kim did survive in power with nukes, Sen. Slimeroad? Efforts to end the Korean War with the Communists victorious, Sen. Slimeroad? Efforts to sanction the trade of missile technology to Islamist states so they can lay waste to Tel Aviv, then Rome, then London, then the US, Sen. Slimeroad?

LOL, indeed! Did you read Voinovich's statement? I could just picture his tears and the wringing of his hands while I read it!

Feingold characterized as "blatant disregard for the Senate's constitutional rights and responsibilities." That would be Senator Russ "legislate against free speech" Finegold.

Exactly what good has ever come out of negotiations with NK? Well, NK got to keep Madeline Albright for awhile, not to mention free fuel, food and bribe money. So it did them a lot of good.

The President nominates, the Senate votes. It is the Senate which abrogated their responsibility.
Those who felt not enough documents were revealed were free to vote "no."

"Mr. Bolton is fundamentally unsuited for the job, and his record reveals a truly disturbing intolerance of dissent. . ."
If you want to see intolerance of dissent, then just watch how the Democrats respond to the Bolton appointment!
