The Definition of Treason: Why the US Government doesn't stop the illegal alien invasion.
NewsMinute ^ | July 30, 2005 | Kerry R. Fox

Posted on 07/30/2005 8:59:55 AM PDT by Borax Queen

Pronunciation: 'tree-zun Function: noun Etymology: Middle English tresoun, from Old French traison, from Latin tradition-, traditio act of handing over, from tradere to hand over, betray -- more at TRAITOR 1 : the betrayal of a trust : TREACHERY 2 : the offense of attempting by overt acts to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance or to kill or personally injure the sovereign or the sovereign's family

---

It's an especially sickening and orchestrated plan that is selling out our nation's sovereignty, perpetrated by a cabal of globalists and the big business money men who own our elected officials and, by default, our non-elected officials.

There are several points to the overall plan that would combine the nations of Mexico, the United States and Canada, eliminating the middle class in the US and placing most citizens of all three nations at the same lower living standard while those who own most everything take even more.

Elements of the plan can be seen working separately toward the same goal:

... Allow the flow of illegals to continue unabated.

... Step up the rhetoric about "immigration reform" while stalling its implementation.

... Portray elements and groups in America against illegal immigration as "extreme," "unpatriotic" and "racist."

... Stall enforcement of laws regarding illegal immigration.

... Apply stricter enforcement against legal immigration regards the new "undesirables" in Africa, Asia and Europe.

... Use language concerning "immigration reform" to mask the goal of an outright amnesty for those from south of our border.

... Portray any possible attempt to secure the US border with Mexico as "futile."

... Pass legislation for "free trade" that allows even more illegal immigration and that destroys domestic business and erodes middle class influence.

In fact, it's even broader and worse than the above examples. The president and other elected officials have attempted to paint those trying to stop illegal immigration as "vigilantes" and criminals. Every arm of government, federal, state and even local, has attempted to strong-arm patriots in favor of "oppressed immigrants."

Actually. if you pay attention to current events, you can see that the day is not far off in the future when, after threats of physical violence to patriots attempting to guard the border, by pro-illegal immigration advocates, we will experience an armed confrontation in which several will be killed.

Any bets as to with whom the American federal government will side?

But why? Why would our elected representatives do this in the face of obvious threats to our national security and our economy – especially in the wake of the 911 attacks?

That's easy... the elected representatives do not represent American citizens. They represent the entities that own them in the corporations and, in some cases, higher up, the groups that actually run our country.

This is why the effort to secure our border appears to be "futile" and the government seems "unable" to stop it.

It's all being done by design...

For cheap labor for corporate donors: Big business has enjoyed several years of unabated watering-down of wages and benefits due, mostly, to illegals coming into the United States to "pick fruit." The illegals are also "doing the jobs Americans won't do." These are the jobs that Americans can't do because corporations enjoy hiring the illegal aliens illegally over American citizens in order to pay less wages and benefits.

For additional votes: Obviously illegals, once registered to vote, can vote for the party that helps get more illegals into the United States (both parties in this case), so that they can go to work for the corporations for less wages and benefits.

In order to meld the nations of America, Mexico and Canada into one big country: So that all workers inside the three nations can work for the corporations for less wages and benefits.

This is really the bottom line of the whole enterprise: Money. The individuals selling-out our nation's sovereignty — both elected and influential — are only concerned about this one item. And they aren't keen on the idea of letting something like our country's Constitution get in the way of their profits.

If there is another terror attack, so much the better for those implementing this enterprise. Nothing goes together with creating a two-class, welfare-warfare socialist police state better than the further elimination of individual rights.

The icing on the cake for the globalists inside, behind and in control of the Bush Administration and our other elected officials, is the fact that, regards terrorism, the American people are even asking for further state controls.

The CAFTA agreement, narrowly passed last week, is one aspect of the overall plan to begin eliminating our borders, while watering-down the standard of living for the disappearing middle class. Another aspect is the agreement already reached without public exposure, debate or consideration for the US Constitution.

I refer, of course, to The Council on Foreign Relations plan called "Building a North American Community."

That's the agreement President George W. Bush was signing on to when he was at his ranch in Crawford Texas with Mexico's El Presidente Vincente Fox and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin back in March — the same meeting Bush was at when he referred to the Minuteman patriots as "vigilantes." And... it's the plan behind the other actions, inactions, potential bills and agreements the Bush Administration is involved in regarding illegal immigration.

A thorough reading of this document — already being implemented without the knowledge (for the most part) or consent of the American people, but also WITH the tacit approval of their elected representatives — spells out a five-year plan for the "establishment by 2010 of a North American economic and security community" with a common "outer security perimeter."

"Community" means integrating the United States with the corruption, socialism, poverty and population of Mexico and Canada. "Common perimeter" means wide-open US borders between the US, Mexico and Canada.

Here are just a few of the jewels in the document:

... Employers can recruit low-paid workers from anywhere in North America. No more "illegal aliens" at all; employers can openly recruit foreigners willing to work for a fraction of US wages.

... Mexican trucks are allowed "unlimited access" to the United States, including the hauling of local loads between US cities.

... A "tested once" principle for pharmaceuticals, by which a product tested in Mexico will automatically be considered to have met US standards.

... The implementation of "the Social Security Totalization Agreement negotiated between the United States and Mexico." This will put illegal aliens into the US Social Security system.

... US taxpayers are required to create a major fund to finance 60,000 Mexican students to study in US colleges.

There is much more to the document. But with this agreement, CAFTA and the attitude regarding illegal aliens and border security by the Bush Administration and our elected representatives, it's easy to see that the elements are all in place for implementation.

Except for one more small detail...

The selling of our national sovereignty and the implementation of a two-class, welfare-warfare socialist police state also needs... an effective PR campaign.

Not to worry... that's being taken care of as well.

Already we are, once again, hearing that Bush "wants an immigration reform package" by the fall. The package he wants is the same one he's been pushing for several years and, especially, since his reelection: An amnesty bill disguised as a "guest-worker" program.

Only this time Bush plans an all-out pro-illegal immigration propaganda campaign to accompany the bill. In this campaign illegal aliens will be portrayed as "victims" of American "racists." The Statue of Liberty and patriotic music will permeate the commercials.

Bush and other conspirators in our government hope this campaign will lead to passage of the amnesty bill. Another sell-out of our national sovereignty, aimed at creating a "border-less North America" by 2010.

It's never really made sense, has it? The fact that we can pave and maintain thousands of miles of Interstate highway but... we "cannot secure our southern border." The fact that we can invade, occupy and "rebuild" a foreign nation but... we are "helpless to stop the invasion of millions of illegal aliens" into our own country. The fact that we can document and tax 300 million American citizens but... we "cannot locate or expel illegal aliens" from our country.

It doesn't make sense.

But President Bush, The Council on Foreign Relations and our other bribe-taking elected officials want you to believe their nonsense anyway.

For that matter... one has to wonder if our best and brightest and most able aren't in Iraq to keep them busy while this treasonous plan is implemented.

Nobody wants to believe that their president, senators and other elected officials might be traitors to The United States of America and its Constitution. But, by definition...

That's exactly what they are.

"NO MONEY UNTIL YOU ACT ON SECURE BORDERS."

You nailed it. Therein lies the solution to this nonsense.

The one damned thing ALL career politicians understand is money.

Withhold money and you'll see some $hit happen in a manner like you've never seen before.

All politicians by nature are self serving creatures. They follow the money first. If they don't, they're doomed to having to make a go of it in the "real world"....and I ain't talking about MTV here folks.

This is the most serious issue facing our country. It is really sad to see right minded people blindly supporting Bush. Vote constitution party before it is to late.

Money is always the bottom line. We might as well scrap the bald eagle and erect a shrine to our new mascot...the golden calf. I guess it really doesn't matter who we vote for, anymore. They're all with the same program. Of course some parrot conservative goals, but deep down, they're all the same. I'll bet they laugh themselves silly as we dutifully trudge to the voting booths. It reminds me of the definition of insanity: to keep doing the same thing over and over again, and expecting different results.

Are the new BK laws, and the recent iminent domain decision, coincidental?

If any serious FR can explain the current illegal invasion across the Southern border with the inaction of government that does not involve global cabals and corruption at highest levels PLEASE DO.. I have yet to see a coherent argument as to why the Federal government cannot act to control this border.

(sigh)

If you really want to know, I'll tell you...but it involves disregarding a LOT of what you think you know about government in general and the law in particular.

First, you need to know the legal definition of

-------------
legal
adj., adv. according to law, not in violation of law or anything related to the law.

-------------

That seems to be pretty straightforward- now look at the legal definition of the opposed word, ‘illegal’-

illegal
1) adj. in violation of statute, regulation or ordinance, which may be criminal or merely not in conformity. Thus, an armed robbery is illegal, and so is an access road which is narrower than the county allows, but the violation is not criminal.

-------------

Well of course armed robbery is illegal; it’s a violation of the 8th Commandment. But if a narrow access road is illegal, how can it NOT be criminal?

Because any statute, regulation, ordinance or act that does anything OTHER than describe punishment for violations of Commandments 6 through 10 are not laws that affect the people! They are merely governmental policies, and only governmental entities must ‘conform’ to them!

Our 'legal system" uses a great many of what they call ~words of art~. These are words with double meanings, or meanings very different to the common definitions.

One of these words is 'Person'. Person has 2 very different legal meanings:

-------------

Black's Law Dictionary (7th Ed.) (1999)
person
1. A human being.
2. An entity (such as a corporation) that is recognized by law as having the rights and duties of a human being.

-------------

The common definition and the first legal definition are the same. The second legal definition however, is used only if a person intentionally, with knowledge and consent, uses the law of contracts to create an artificial entity in order to start a business and/or protect his assets. Any artificial entity purposely created never has the exact same name as a living person

Because true law says exactly what it means and means exactly what it says, ‘person’ is defined even further.

-------------

Black's Law Dictionary ;
"natural person" : A human being, as distinguished from an artificial person created by law.
"artificial person" : An entity, such as a corporation, created by law and given certain legal rights and duties of a human being.

-------------

No big deal, right? UNTIL, you discover this tiny little fact:

Using the INTENT of the Founders in establishing our Republic, you will discover there is NO SUCH THING as a ~United States citizen~. All the writings of the Founders that I've read say 'citizen of the United States', or STATE citizen.......NEVER United States citizen.

A 'United States citizen' is an artificial creation, (a.k.a. *legal entity*, *artificial person*) of an artificial construct known as 'government'. We VOLUNTARILY place ourselves under the statutory jurisdiction of the federal government by claiming to be United States citizens.

The United States government was originally constructed to deal STRICTLY with the governments of the respective STATES....not the physical land mass of the 'state' OR the People.

Illegals have no *legal entity*, so they are still considered 'natural persons'. BY LAW. Natural persons are under the jurisdiction of natural, or common/civil law.

Here is nolo's definition of:
natural person
A living, breathing human being, as opposed to a legal entity such as a corporation. Different rules and protections apply to natural persons and corporations, such as the Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination, which applies only to natural persons.

That's why THEY get preferential treatment over Americans....they have no legal entity BECAUSE THEY ARE *illegal*.

It's also why United States citizens and their unseen 'artificial persons' are LEGALLY required to obey the unconstitutional whims of government, from Congress to the tiniest podunk city council.... no matter HOW much we know it's not right.

As Bush's latino attorney general, "these minutemen are vigilantes" and "this border issue is a complicated one that needs to be studied". Need we say more. The ground swell of voter revolt starts here. Wake up people.

It doesn't matter which party is in power when it comes to the illegal immigration issue. Sure the democrats are worse than the republicans but are you willing to accept either negative? Vote principle.

But it is doing so as we speak.

We will need to coordinate a very well reasoned and comprehensive long term plan to counter the acts by our government to dismantle America.

We need a plan to dismantle the present government cabal. Clean house!

Break up the two party monopoly!!!

It's really not as complex as it sounds, and I didn't create the system of natural law.

The function of a passport:
pass·port (pspôrt, -prt) n.
1. An official government document that certifies one's identity and citizenship and permits a citizen to travel abroad.

Even under natural law, the Constitution plays a part.

The people GAVE the federal government control over 'Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings' (US Constitution Article 1, section 8 p.17) when we ordained and established the Constitution.

The federal government exercises a legitimate authority by requiring a passport to pass through their 'turf'

Is that what you meant, or did I misunderstand the question?

Without agreeing with all of your conclusions, as to the motives and consequences, the problems you describe have reached a critical point, where we had better react--and react with all the influence we can bring to bear. Zero tolerance for political liars, is certainly in order.

My August essay at the Website, posted today, is on much the same subject:

Bush spoke before Congress on Sept. 11, 1990, delivering a speech which he entitled "Toward a New World Order". Addressing the subject of his Gulf War, he made his first public utterance of his, and his rich cronies" plans for a world imperialism in stating that the war in Iraq was "...a rare opportunity to move toward an historic period of coopera- tion. Out of these troubled times...a new world order can emerge."

This is really the bottom line of the whole enterprise: Money.

I've been saying this for years...in the public school classroom. I have been having to move to a new job every 2-3 years until I finally quit talking about it. This guy is right on target. And, no one will help those of us who have known...no one. I've tried to get a job where I can use my fluent bilingual skills -- nope. No deal, just teaching school.
