I tune in every once in a while to see if they are still on the radio here in Charleston. This area is very conservative, so I can't imagine someone continuing to float that station much longer.
I tuned in one day traveling with my wife, who doesn't listen to talk, and we were both incredulous at the crap Randi Rhoades was saying. If that is what passes for liberal or democrat information/news/entertainment, Lord thank you for making me a conservative.

They make Al Jazeera sound reasonable.

Or you could get XM radio and listen to America Right for the entire trip. Going to make the reverse trip (DC to NH) next month and am psyched about having XM with me the whole way.

Hey, where can I get one of those stickers? I see them everywhere here in TX and I'd like to really, really, really irritate my liberal co-worker.

It's amazing what happens when democrats tell us what they are for.
We simply go somewhere else.
Like Bush said, their only mode for survival is to be "anti-Bush". They can't really tell us what they want.

Um, why isn't the New York Times, which has spilled tons of adulatory ink on the liberal radio network, covering this scandal on its front page? If this were Rush's show, it would be front page news in BOLD headlines.
Luckily there is no bias in the MSM.

boo freggin hoo!
hmm...I wonder why this is; shall we take a quick look??
-In the morning one of the hosts is Chuck D; former lead rapper of the group Public Enemy who were known for their Jew hating comments and antisemitic lyrics.....
-He's followed up by al Franken; most noted as the creator of "Stuart Smalley" and someone with verified and justified credentials to be a political pundit "(ha-ha)
-That's followed up by Randi Rodent, possibly the biggest BS artist on radio today. Of course she cut her teeth and proved her worth by doing webcasts from the basement of her house.
-They then finish the evening with Janine Garafolo, failed actress of the screen, failed actress of television and now looking to make it a trifecta on radio...
With all this wonderful talent is it any wonder??

Part of the big problem is that even in New York, the country's biggest market, their transmition is horrendous. I've made an honest attempt to listen to them, under the premise of 'know thy enemy'. I live 30 miles outside of New York City and cannot pick up their signal for more than two minutes at a time.

"The network got an initial bump from the enormous amount of free press it got. There was a curiosity factor. Now it is settling in." Settling in to a quagmire I'd say. I love using that word against THEM for a change.

We have a conservative station here which also owns another, smaller station. Recently they turned the smaller station to liberal and took on Err America. Our devout local lefties are thrilled, but the owner says he can't get any advertisers to sponsor the lefty station. I'm sure it won't last. The owner is not doing it for charity and when it doesn't pay the bills, Airhead America will be bounced.
Heheheh.

Sell them NPR and PBS for $1, and let them run with it.

If he can't make it in liberal land, he can't make it anywhere.
Limbaugh, still the giant among talkers, with 14.75 million listeners on 600 stations, has squashed Franken like a bug.
Franken's ratings have dropped 50 percent in Boston since spring 2004, and he is down 14 percent in New York, where his listeners now number fewer than 188,000.

Didn't Garafalo say she wasn't bathing on a regular basis. That is strange behavior from some one that is trying to attract a following.
