Natalee Holloway and friends in Aruba 5/30/05
I think you are right. He is very much involved. His part may be hardest to prove forensically, but I am hopeful that it is not impossible.
Oh, cool! Thanks!
ALL..what is the source for Joran's missing shoe? Anyone know?

WOW! Good find Eagle-Eye! I am very impressed! :o)
Do you do investigatory work for a living? Or are you just very good at observing details?
my bday gift from all of you was a wonderful massage and facial at the spa at the hotel here on kiawah, thanks so much to all of you ; ) it was fantastic~
the missing shoe was news to me, i hadn't heard of it previously, but it makes sense given the theories i have heard propounded on this thread about him losing it while burying the body.

Does anyone remember who said Joran walked home barefoot and what was the time he did that. Was it his mother?
It is going to be quite interesting to find out what actually happened that night.

Re: Joran allegedly walking home barefoot: The family attorney (DeSousa?) mentioned that on TV a few days ago.
I just hope it's not just another red herring.

it is extremely fascinating, yet heartbreaking when i see that family on tv, imagining how they must feel. you know, i know some on here have been critical of jug twitty, but i think that beth is lucky to have a strong, take charge man like him at her side during this tragedy. i am sure some think him arrogant, but lord almighty, look at what they are dealing with. he is dealing with it the best way he knows how, as is Dave, her father. these are rock solid, strong people doing for their family the best way they know how. and when i think about that it makes me want to bawl.

A murder weapon, like a knife.
A bottle of GHP (or Rohypnol ) too, maybe . . .

Anbennett, while no longer able to post here, has stayed in touch with me via email. He believes there's a body in that pond. While I have NO idea who this person is, or how he gets his info...he's been right before. When I asked him directly via email if he thought there was a body in the pond...he responded, "Yes, keep watching".....
Just threw that in for the heck of it...
I don't think he walked home with or without shoes. But, if he did indeed lose a shoe perhaps that's why the car was seen at the site days later. Were they looking for the shoe?
We should know something today. There is such anticipation about what secrets that pond holds, that it will be a massive let down if nothing is found. That will work in favor of the boys.
