At post no. 1326 by jrabbit, was posted some startling news by breezy from websleuths. If I knew how to repost, I would. However, if you read the message by breezy and click on the blue lettering (very important), you will find that PVDS has a home that abuts the Racquet Club. Let me know if you find this to be true. Thanks

Li-Li since it has been reported that the VDSs have a membership to the Aruba Racquet Club perhaps that know someone or may have some connections to,or have some relationship to this Dutch organization and villa: Aruba Racquet Club

is now proudly offering its latest master community, Surfside Villas, clustered around Aruba's 8-court Racquet Club site, Aruba's Southwestern coast.

Our Organization

CAS BON is a network of associated construction companies and developers established in Aruba since 1996. Sabana Country Development NV, Cas Bon Real Estate NV, CAS BON Construction NV, Surfside Villas Development NV, and partners and alliances together form CAS BON.

The main goal of CAS BON is to built quality homes for all budgets. This goal, though expanded to include commercial projects, has taken us on a journey with results that we are very proud of: a very satisfied client base and a solid reputation in the industry.

Throughout the years we have built 38 affordable homes for the FCCA, (The Aruban counterpart of the US Department of Housing and Urban Development), developed 4 private residential projects, consisting of more than 180 homes, built more then 20 custom made individual homes, and 3 multi-level buildings. In the process, we also undertook the construction of the roads and other infrastructure in the residential projects, and did the fence-work for more then 250 homes for the FCCA.

The range of the projects we undertook resulted in the construction of more then 230 homes and laid a solid and experienced organizational foundation for future growth. Our organization, today, is flexible and keen in adapting to the constantly changing market place. Our biggest asset is our close interrelationship with our customers, suppliers, employees, banks and the local community in general.

Our professional staff guides the customer through all the facets of the project. Our staff helps customers with the choice of a model home and land-lot, gives financial advice in obtaining mortgage, assists through the construction phases all the way through the delivery of the key to his/her home new home. From model selection up until the delivery of the project, our staff takes care of each customer every step of the way. In addition, our qualified engineers control each house daily during the construction phase, assuring quality in each phase of construction and on-time delivery of the customer’s house.

Through our close partnership with our suppliers, we were able to cut and maintain costs, which we passed on to our customers. Despite constantly increasing labor and material costs in Aruba, we were able to maintain a fixed construction price per square meter since 1999. In addition, through our flexible company structure, we were able to maintain fixed operation costs at a manageable level, resulting in savings reflected in the construction price per square meter.

Today CAS BON is considered a solid construction company who enjoys of both a satisfied and growing customer base as well as a high reputation among financial institutions. In 2003, CAS BON will construct more then 70 quality new homes all around Aruba, making us one of the largest construction companies of private homes in Aruba.

More research is required before I can say that PVDS owns rental properties in this area.

Surfside Villas

This new and exiting residential area is just two miles away from Tierra del Sol, an 18-hole course designed by golfing legend Robert Trent Jones. One of Aruba’s most popular beaches, Fishermen Huts, home of the Aruba Hi-Winds Pro-Am Windsurf Competition is
within a short walking distance from Surfside Villas.
The island’s most fabulous high-rise resorts, their glittering casinos, showrooms and gourmet restaurants lie beckoning just outside Surfside Villas gate.

The development enjoys a truly unique location. The existing Aruba Racquet Club, established into the heart of the residence. By the time it is completely remodeled Aruba Racquet Club will offer besides the 8-court tennis area, a practice area, a beautiful landscaped swimming pool, modern club house, convenient parking, a cocktail lounge, restaurants, professional basketball, volleyball, squash court, and even a court for petanque, better known as “bollas” in the Caribbean. The facility will also encompass a fitness club, an activity area and a cleverly laid-out children’s playground.
Home-owners at Surfside Villas will naturally have access to all facilities for reduced prices, for as often and as long as they wish. (A small maintenance fee will be posted at the end of each month to help with the upkeep of all public spaces.)

Surfside Villas consists of 35 plots of land ranging in size from 500 to 900 square meters and easily accessible via a paved road.

On the developer’s drawing board you’ll find out different, beautifully designed Caribbean Villas, conceived by well-known architect, Orlando Hoevertsz, a contributor to the Radisson Aruba Caribbean Resort project. Each architectural drawing will be accompanied by a detailed list of features. Additionally, Surfside Villas guarantees that the area will be exclusively dedicated to family home, protecting the beauty and integrity of the site.

At Surfside Villas, great attention has been placed to detail. The plants in your front yard will be fully grown by the time your family moves in. Natural materials have been selected for construction such as; brick stones and decorative wrought iron. The exterior of the homes will display rustic plaster, in attractive earthy tones. Comfort, luxury and exquisite taste combined here to offer you an opportunity of a lifetime, a high quality living at an affordable price.

Your signature, on a provisional purchase agreement and a 10% down payment is all it takes to make your dream of owning a charming Caribbean Villa, true. The agreement will stipulate the rest of the purchase information.

When you finish your research, would you please contact Beth's PI?? For some strange reason he believes that Joran's family has a condo in the area.

"I'm wondering if you have seen any posts (except from momma) that backs up Japeek's car fetish? It sure looks to me like momma was trying to deflect interest in her older son."

It's been so long ago. I know there were others who mentioned it. I felt her first interview with Greta, she was just giving us, basically the boys alibi. All the highlights. I'll see what I can find later.

I also noticed one shot of PVDS carrying a plastic bag with a handle and sticking out the top of the bag was a pair of sandals with mud on them.

Surely the mud from the sandals can be compared to the mud in the pond if those sandals were at all involved.

Palladin, those words are very correct even if spoken by a fictional detective.(trace evidence)

Do you think we should have our "Posse" ready to go over to Aruba and set things right? I was laughing a short while ago thinking about the promulgated term, "Alabama Posse."

I see many of the the detractors(trolls) have ghosted from this thread. I have been away a few says and good to see the "Old School Crew" still taking the ball and running with it.

Well I guess I will morph on out of here for a short short.

Flies in her dentures! LOL! Did anyone catch Nancy Grace last night? The drill team videos of Natalee were so lovely, it made me cry to watch her smiling and dancing with her classmates. But that was really the only thing new.

What's up with Grace? Is she trying to be the Tammy Fay of newsy talk shows? Man, she was jumping all over the place, with her guest/cohost psychologist jumping in here and there. First time I've seen her. No format. Very disappointing.

I hope they put guards at that pond tonight!! Evidence in this case as well as statements seem to have a way of "disappearing" so that they are "unrecognizable"

Don't worry. The FBI has been there the whole time. As well as, I think, some Texas Equusearch members. . .

I am not going to say who I think Nat looks like in those films, the close ups.

But does anyone else get struck by Natalee's resemblence to a well known person?

Take a look,,it sort of shocked me.
