T: It seems that the lawyers were told by the prosecutors that they found male dna on Natalie's toothbrush ... and that makes people wonder and request the dna samples next week.
G: When did they seize the toothbrush?
T: They took everything and never revealed until this morning in front of the judge. (Sic -- he didn't answer the question.)
G. I suppose there could be an innocent explananation. But why did they wait 8 weeks?
T: That was the reason given this morning why they needed the samples.
G. Means bad news for the investigation. I assume they have no other samples except for the toothbrush?
T. I would assume so.
G. What's the theory?
T: That natalie had some kind of contact with a male. Could be somebody else but they want to be sure.
G. (Shows map) Have you been out to the pond?
T: It's blocked off, barricaded. They are looking into tomorrow to get to the level where they can see the bottom. It doesn't have to be completely done. Then they can start the forensic search. Probably tomorrow. Tomorrow they meet with texas ES to plan on what equipment to use. Also, some witnesses have come forwarded -- "a lot of people" corroborated the story and that's why they focused on this pond exclusively until further notice.
G. Have the three pointed to the pond?
T. Negative. Unconfirmed sources say they are looking for a sneaker, a shoe belonging to Joran. Sources say he lost a shoe and tried to get another to match the one that he still has.
G. Important. He says he walked home. He wouldn't walk home barefoot. That would really tear up your feet.

LOL...actually, that wasn't news to me about mulitiple witnesses. It's been reported on this thread today. I guess we both heard news in Tito's report.
So they find Joran's sneaker...so what? He and his lawyer have already concocted 22 excuses for why it is there.

Tito's report was a big flop. Greta shouldn't have built it up so much.
I flipped away from FOX to another program where John Walsh and Beth Twitty were having a conversation. WHOA! That brought tears to my eyes. John Walsh is one of the few people on TV who really knows what Beth is going through. John told her not to give up...to keep on trying to find Natalee. She said...haltingly and choking back tears..."I will."
Of course they'll find a shoe, you see two black guys stole his shoe and threw it in the pond..

I wonder if any of the other witnesses saw Natalee with these suspects. I wonder if any of the other witnesses saw PVDS in the same area.
It don't make no sense what some have claimed that Joran lost a snicker and tried to match the remaining one with a similar one. Why not just make the other disappear?
Beats me what the sneaker means. I don't really believe that is the case considering the family was asked not to watch the pond draining. If they are just looking for a shoe, then why ask that of the family? Doesn't make sense to me. Unless the sneaker is just one thing they expect to find.
Here's a thought that's been bouncing around in my head. If the Kalpoe brother turned pale over hearing that he had been seen by the gardener, then how pale is he now that the gardener has given a statement? Is he spooked enough to break? Did he see the writing on the wall and give info that sparked interest in this pond and we just haven't heard about it yet?
Just some thoughts I throw out there to ponder.

At post no. 1326 by jrabbit, was posted some startling news by breezy from websleuths. If I knew how to repost, I would. And he does. He does. Gob bless this man. I'll never forget him crying tears of joy when Elizabeth Smart was found alive. He truly knows what parents are going through.
And how hard is it to find out which Kalpoe brother it was. Jossy has and has told just about everything else, what is the purpose of holding back on which Kalpoe it was playing dominos.
Trust me I have been thinking that all along . That this was put out intentionally through Jossy (ALE gave it to Jossy) just to spook the hell out of Deepak.
