(there are no pictures of the front of the house showing the overgrowth - The new statement probably mean it has been fully rehabbed and modernized or it was raised and rebuilt from the old foundation up because the pool was already there?)

G: Were you asked not to pay attention to the draining of this pond?
B: No they know i wouldn't come near something like this.
G: Jug?
J: I think they got some clues that they need to go there .. i hope there's something there.
G: the witness coming forward provoked this. Is this the same witness reported in Diario that saw the car in the middle of the niht?
J. Same witness. I don't know what exactly provoked the draining.
G. What's taking so long to drain?
B. No.
G. Are you getting anything from the FBI?
J: I do have some optimism the FBI is working with the A authorities better. I'm really pleased ...
G. Give us a picture . Across the street from the Marriott. Evr been searched before>
J. Tim wanted to search it but thye couldn't figure out where to drain the water. But they figured it out and they're doing it now.

He finally came up with the new info. Claims a source says they are looking for one of Joran's missing sneakers in the pond. Tito asked ALE about it and the response was, "Nice try...."
Well heck! I'm beginning to think that the drainage of the pond is just that....draining a pond. grrrrrrrrrr

I'm not sure I buy the "looking for Joran's sneaker in the pond" since Natalee's family was specifically asked not to watch the draining of the pond. That makes it sound more ominous than just a sneaker.
Tito's scoop doesn't add up for me.

The good news he gave, though, is that there are not just a couple of people who saw them, but that serveral witnesses have confirmed they were at the area.

As always I tend to stay in the background and try to read as many posts as I possibly can. I've got another theory but am not sure whether I should post my ideas or not. It's a wacky, way out field theory, but still a good one considering all the shaky ones posted here lately. If you think I should post it, let me know. I love crime stories and to come up with new theory.
