AGAIN... here are the facts on the house

(there are no pictures of the front of the house showing the overgrowth - The new statement probably mean it has been fully rehabbed and modernized or it was raised and rebuilt from the old foundation up because the pool was already there?)

And I thought the New Jersey shore rentals were inflated! An hour or two drive to resort of choice, no airline or cruise ship costs, and I'm there. I still think $2000 is a helluva lot of cash to put out for a week on the beach. No, I don't mean BEACHFRONT. Haven't even looked at those prices. Guess I'm too picky; want a nice place with room for family to enjoy. My dread: A week of rain at $2000!
