I think I know what it means - you have to have a special antenna on your car (for a stronger signal since towers are farther away) to pick up the service in the Yellow In Car area's - Green areas would mean larger (eye sore) towers are in abundance in the green areas.

As usual, I'm trying to catch up. But if this is the case it certainly isn't any great mystery on the island, why were the brothers released? It seems most corruption theories are based on PVDS and his relationships but his son is still in jail. The brothers can't be out on such flimsy evidence, can they?
I'll offer up two possibilities. One they let the brothers out so they wouldn't break and further implicate Joran. (Just let it be Joran's problem to lie his way out of.) Two, there is another person involved, one who has a relationship with the brothers and has had some hand in orchestrating this.
