Yes, the water is the obvious place to dump a body, I think most people thought that at first, I certainly did.
But this is interesting that the police told the family not to watch this emptying of the salt pan, there must be something there that would upset them terribly, more than just a pair of sandals.
People are starting to open up and talk, now that the Aruban govt wants this to go away...finally.
I think they're going to find out what happened. Jug said he thinks this will wrap up in the next week or 2. He knows more than we do!
And I believe you are right about the way it went down. I dont believe they set out to kill her but she fought them I am sure. Then the little cowards killed her and panicked and called Daddy for help.They then spent the dark hours before dawn covering their tracks and disposing of Natalees' body. I believe they buried her INITIALLY at the grave that Tim Miller mentioned and then went back for her later and put her someplace that had already been searched, like the landfill. All four of them should hang.

i was in aruba jun25-jul 5. that pond is always full. not all ponds/lakes evaporate, there is no way it could refill by the time i was there if it was empty on 5-30
I believe its drainage pond for all the surrounding hotels, ( not sure if its even raw sewage). They call it salina because it rather shallow reminiscent of Bonairs Salt water desalineation to extract Salt. Not sure if the history had this as a actual Salina. It does not go into the seas.
Jossy Mansur has too much control here in this picture for me. I'm sorry but imho it seems as though he is orchestrating this entire investigation. Why, for what reason.
I guess this is where the politics that some of the players in this case speaks of come in.
Is Jossy really the good cop and the Van Der Strattens, Karen Jenssen, and others the bad cops.
Or are they all a bunch of corrupted officials that have let and assisted their youths to become infected with the gambling, intoxication, fornication of this One Happy Island ?
But they won't. The most they can get is 16 years, I believe, at least for the 3 "boys". Not sure what Paulus could get, probably less.
Whatever it is, it's not enough for what they put the family through.
You know I remember something (rumor - unverified) about Joran threatening a guy at a Duncan Donuts with a knife that Joran carried around with him. The guy ended being slammed against a glass window (not through it) by Joran and then Joran showed the guy his knife. -

This is the latest from the breaking news on the Aruba Radio Magic:
Unlike what has been speculated today... the judge did not have to make a decision regarding DNA evidence taken by the police.
The prosecutors told the judge that these DNA taken are not admissable in court since the normal procedures to have these taken were not followed and admit their fault. However using this court, they are requesting the judge officially to request the suspecte new tests. This will be ruled tomorrow or friday.
Regarding the case the suspects had against the facts that evidences are being shared with the FBI, a court hearing date has not been set yet.
Regarding the pond, the draining procedure could take up to midnight tongith when, it's cleared enough to begin digging for evidence.
And there is some one else taking the place in court today for Carel [sic] Janssen.
Sure looked like it didn't it. But, autopsy showed it was a small bladed knife. Mark Fuhrman found an empty Swiss Army Knife box in O.J.s' bathroom. It was apparently new. They never found the knife and O.J. wasn't talking.
I believe what you said is exactly correct. He IS probably orchestrating this. You have to remember all the info that was turned up by cajungirl (I think) about JM's background.

That was thought to be the reason for OJ's trip to Chicago right after the murders, he went there to dump the knife at O'Hare -- the garbage bins were checked but they have a substantial garbage removal system and by the time it was realized what had happened, the trash had been removed. (I remember hearing all about it, since I lived in Chicago at the time.)

This family—everyone in it—is trying their best to find her, and that is a very honorable thing. Please forgive me if it seemed like I was splitting hairs. I was just chagrined to have missed something. Of course, with your posting the transcripts, etc., we never actually miss anything! :o)
I appreciate all your hard work (and other Freepers too, like sweet maggief) to document it all and provide the latest up-to-the-minute-news. It is WONDERFUL! And so are you! :o)

And he hired the PI that investigated the gardner. And that is not to say that the present 3 suspects did not have a hand in this. And why is Jossy so sure of Satish's non to little involvment. Satish was there, was he not? Satish did not run immediately to LE to assist Natalee? Whats up with Jossy and Satish?
Is Satish his brother's keeper or what is the deal?
