I believe what you said is exactly correct. He IS probably orchestrating this. You have to remember all the info that was turned up by cajungirl (I think) about JM's background.
He's pulling a lot of the strings. His family controls the island, don't they? They want to get back to business.
And he hired the PI that investigated the gardner. And that is not to say that the present 3 suspects did not have a hand in this. And why is Jossy so sure of Satish's non to little involvment. Satish was there, was he not? Satish did not run immediately to LE to assist Natalee? Whats up with Jossy and Satish?
Is Satish his brother's keeper or what is the deal?
I think a lot of eyes are closed to 'normal' activities. But this went beyond what was acceptable. If he's really a mobster, I don't know why he didn't just make some kind of example to Joran's family. I really wonder what's going on in the background. Also, do the families talk to Jossy, or are they keeping their distance?
