Looks like I may have picked a good morning to work.
All the usual suspects are on board.
Morning AB and thanks for the thread as usual.
I don't know why I watched the Chris Matthews show but I did, it was pathetic. He spent the first 10 minutes trying to bash Bush, Cheney et all, Rove about how we picked on poor ambassador Joe Wilson.
Wilson in actuality was overheard outing his own wife's undercover status at a cocktail party according to previous threads on here.
Of course fat chris and his rat buddies spun it a different way.
I knew I shouldn't have turned off the g-string divas for Matthews but will know better next time.

They're so isolated from the rest of the country that they don't understand that no one outside of their circle cares.

If Russert is a honest journalist (Don't think he is), he should show Durbin's comment on military & then ask him to publicly apologise
for this.

He won't and even if he did Durbin would apologize to "those who might have been offended" but not for the comments.

He would also bring up the soldiers at Gitmo who reemed Kennedy & Acaca this week. Funny how little press that got when compared to the soldier who asked Rummy about the armored vehicles.
