I was in the city early this morning (lincoln tunnel inbound and then subway)

It was very low key. Didnt notice too many police in Port Authority, few German shepards, but no M-16 toting guys like last week.

My boyfriend's in the city still at work and says security stepped up outside (he works in one of the tallest buildings)

Penn Station had a higher than normal presence yesterday. Had heavily armed guards at all entrances.
