I was in the city early this morning (lincoln tunnel inbound and then subway)
It was very low key. Didnt notice too many police in Port Authority, few German shepards, but no M-16 toting guys like last week.
My boyfriend's in the city still at work and says security stepped up outside (he works in one of the tallest buildings)
Argh
It's been like that since the first London bombing. This morning I saw a National Guardswoman with a machine gun outside Penn Station.
of course this is all Bush's fault /sarcasm
I figure when some lib icon gets smoked by a Muzzie then all the limp wristed, smirking movie stars, comedienes and press will figure out that they might be next. Then they'll scream for the Armed Forces to dig us out of trouble and wonder why we "can't get any information from suspects"....
don't want to put panties on their heads, you see. Don't want to pick up the koran without gloves... but they sure don't mind cutting heads off without them... or detonating charges that kill kids without gloves....
