It was 36 years ago tonight when Fatboy Ted Kennedy drove his mother's Oldsmobile off the Dike Bridge into Poncha Pond. He swam to safety and left his passenger Mary Jo Kopechne trapped in the backseat to slowly drown in the rising waters of the tidal pond.

Mary Jo is still dead and Fatboy is leader of the Lunatic Left.

She's in my prayers he's not...

“If she had lived, Mary Jo Kopechne would be 62 years old. Through his tireless work as a legislator, Edward Kennedy would have brought comfort to her in her old age.”

Actual quote by Charles Pierce, January 5, 2003, Boston Globe Magazine

Just an opinion but I think you have your priorities misplaced.

Mary Jo is dead and her fate decided. Drunk fat ted's immortal soul, like it or not, is still up for grabs.

Good posting. This is one anniversary that the MSM will not mention. The left wing fat slob gets a free pass, so he can now pontificate about the morality and justice of the next Supreme court nominee.

Someone in the Senate said something like 'I don't need to be lectured about morality by Ted Kennedy' - thought it to be quite fitting. The captain of the SS Oldsmobile has no business lecturing anyone about morals.

Teddy drinks because he knows Mary Jo is waiting for him.

Too bad no one in the msm will make mention of it. The fat tub has been pretty quiet this week (so far). What a sorry excuse for a human being, let alone an elected official.

What was she doing in the back seat? Was that some sort of a bondage thing or something?

I'm suprised. I would have thought the swimmer went for little boys. Wouldn't be a bit suprised.

Forgive me but I can't find it in myself to pray for anything but bad things for him so I don't bother

I purchased that soul years ago.

Only in your mind. The backseat was probably the only area left with an air pocket. It was a desperate act of self-preservation.

I distinctly remember it, watching on TV as the murderer "explained" away what happened. Disgusting.
