An Eagle Hill School employee charged with sexually assaulting a student was ordered yesterday to avoid contact with her alleged victim after acknowledging in court that she has visited his home since her arrest.
Judge Martin Nigro issued a witness protection order against Beth Raymond, 31, who was arrested June 16. She is free on $50,000 bond, but could be jailed if she violates the order.
Yesterday Raymond only nodded when Nigro told her the order covers all forms of contact. "There's no reason for you to enter that dwelling?" Nigro asked Raymond, confirming her understanding.
"That's correct," answered Michael Meehan, Raymond's attorney.
Raymond, of 485 Allen Road, Pownal, Maine, declined to comment on her way out of the state Superior Courthouse in Stamford.
She pleaded not guilty last month to risk of injury to a minor and second-degree sexual assault of a juvenile male. Chief James Walters said the incident occurred between January and June of this year, when Raymond worked at the school and lived in a dormitory on campus....

I'll go with #9---I wish this child molestor would take the cross off her neck.
1, 4, 5, 7
2, 4, 6, 8... who did she appreciate???
Hope the kid put a flag over her and said he did it for his country cause the girl looks rode hard
So are you 1,4,5,6 then?
Survey said 67% of 7th grade girls had some sexual encounter on school property.
As you age that opinion will change.
Good point. Wrong religion for pedophilia...
I wouldn't throw her outta bed. And in light of that, I say I fall into camp #1.
I wonder if she cured him...
....ducking
For a boy, what age is "acceptable" for a 31 year old woman to have sex with him?
Till she's 45?
Let me guess...she's still getting her union pay and full benefits?
Camp #1 right here.
"If you had read the article you would know she is a lacrosse coach, not a teacher."
Where I live all coaches are teachers.
You should look more closely at the facts.... school is for kids through senior year. More than likely, this a child who has manipulated an already poorly run system, at a place where teachers don't have enough protection from children and blatantly untruthful accusations!
Is that the teacher or the student? Has that androgynous look.
And yes, I figured it is the teacher.
In truth though, I don't remember what I was like at 13, but I was gett'n pretty itchy by 14. Never the less, I think we are all just transposing our current stability to our vague and convoluted remembrance of ourselves. What the hell, 16-17 and I say go for it. But younger then that is just too much in a particularly unstable period of development.
