Let me guess. The democrats are going to claim their is a cover up. Then call on the President to halt Judaical nominations until to is cleared up. Shortly after that they are going to start impeachment proceedings. All in order to stop the President from nominating conservative judges.

I'd love to know why Wilson was so eager to finger Karl Rove in September of 2003. After all, he couldn't possibly have known who was responsible. So why didn't he accuse bigger fish like Rumsfeld or Cheney. But...but...wait! Maybe Wilson did know the source. Because Matt Cooper told him. Because Cooper's devotion to confidential sources is relative. Hey, Wilson can't take a meaningless story and turn it into a scandal without a little help from the truth tellers, right?

1. After Cooper's testimony yesterday, Rove's lawyer stated at a press conference that Cooper gave "truthful" testimony today. Why would he say that if something good didn't come out of it.

2. Also right after that testimony, Bush made a point to publicly show his support for Rove in front of the press this morning.

3. Clinton said to wait until the investigation is over before throwing rocks.

4. DIMS made fools of themselves today with that Wilson Press conference and that idiotic amendment to the HLS bill.

Therefore I think the Times is trying to avoid anymore political damage to their party by coming out with something now before it totally gets out of hand for them. Which is another reason why they have been rather tame in criticizing

Wilson claimed today(when he was with upchuck) that he found out from a source at the WH(yet another WH source) that the Admin started to keep a file on him and his family....Im guessing that this may be the big story the NYT is about to break....I hope it is, cause this will open the dam on Hillary....
