Yeah, there is something in this Grand Jury information that is going to make Pelosi and Schumer types look as stupid as the Delay incidents. They will foam at the mouth till you spray them down and then they will just move on to the next person they think will harm Bush. Their motto: Fling as much crap as you can and see what sticks to the wall.

Bush could just can Rove and get on with business. It's gone beyond that now. It's the principal.
Did TurbinDurbin resign? Did sKerry resign? Did all the other liberals and dimocrats resign when they compared our president with the likes of Hitler?
If I were Bush, I would leave Rove last man standing. Everybody would fall, and I mean everybody, before I deserted Rove.
The more the dims get their way...the more they destroy. It has to get to a point where Bush says...that's it...no more.

Interesting analysis PK. It fits with McPain saying if they filibuster anyone like Bush has been nominating to the Circuit courts it violates the Gang of 14 deal. If they think McPain will support going nuclear then they have to come up with their own nuclear option, something along these lines.
BTW, nicely done dealing with the troll.

She was not covert.
Apparently not, Joe Wilson just said so himself on CNN.

Pukin; About your source....
For myself, could you tell us that you actually DO have a genuine source for this, and you're not just guessing like the rest of us?
I'm sure you'd protect a real source just as much as Judith Miller is, so I'll take your word for it.
I trust Pukin Dogs....

I didn't say fire him because the Democrats want him fired. I said fire him because he screwed up. Frankly he should have resigned and saved us all the bandwidth.
Here's the way these discussiong go. First we heard how there was no way it was Rove who did the leaking. Too much integrity to do such a thing.
Then it begins to look like he did it.
So, the response becomes. So what if he did it? Not a big deal.
In my world, if I go out on a limb to defend my employee and say that they did not do something. They better not have. If it turns out that they did and I end up with egg on my face. That employee hits the road.

Expect editorials next week, arguing whether or not it is fair for a president who stole the first election and won the second election by the smallest margin of any incumbent President who is embroiled in a National Security Scandal to be deciding on the makeup of the Supreme Court. .... Of course, Bush could ask for Rove's resignation.
And then appoint him to the Supreme Court. THAT would set off the howls....

You point out one thing that's been giving me cold sweats for the last few days ... the Arlen Specter factor.
Now that McCain, Graham, and DeWine seem to be on board, there are two men who stand in the way of a conservative court:
(1) The President himself, if he knowingly or unknowingly appoints an O'Connor/Kennedy clone.
(2) Arlen Specter.
I think he will do the right thing ... but I wouldn't bet my life on it.

Democrats are silly, they control the law schools, every major mandatory bar association, and even the voluntary ABA. The fact that Bush can even FIND a conservative judicial candidate is a minor miracle.
Pro 22:6 "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it."
No matter how hard these lousy organizations try, we'll always have conservative judicial candidates.

Take an aspirin.
Rove screwed up nothing. He did nothing wrong. This controversy is good for us and bad for Democrats. While they do this, they don't come up with anything that might work for them.

Then Joe Wilson lied back in 2004 when he said over and over on MSM that she was covert. He was covering up the nepotism in his wife landing the junket to Africa for him so he could drink sweet mint tea.

Just semantics... If a state had a law making abortion illegal, I would assume that there would be injuctions filed against the state enforcing the law.
Overturning Roe Vs Wade would simply let the states make the decision.
