He told the truth about Joe Wilson.

Democrats and most of the Beltway press corps are baying for Karl Rove's head over his role in exposing a case of CIA nepotism involving Joe Wilson and his wife, Valerie Plame. On the contrary, we'd say the White House political guru deserves a prize--perhaps the next iteration of the "Truth-Telling" award that The Nation magazine bestowed upon Mr. Wilson before the Senate Intelligence Committee exposed him as a fraud.

We just gotta educate ourselves to the facts as we know them, remember who's lied to us in the past, and go with our guts. Good eggs here are always ready to admit when we've been proven wrong.

Who called ROVE traitor? I think he made a mistake; none of us are perfect. But some mistakes are more serious than others and have more consequences.

Personally, I prefer to obtain my info from a financial paper. Usually they are more factual, reliable and accurate in most matters. Just as the Socialists and Democrats cannot legislate economics, the media cannot print the truth. Why? Unless they are a financial type of publication, they editorialize. The financial papers have to stick more or less to the truth because finance is what it is, a fact - it isn't fiction.

That said, the Financial Times is rated the top paper in the world, while the fairy tale NY Times is 6 th and doesn't deserve that position. The paper cited in your reference doesn't even rank, but feel free to correct me. The Financial Times indicates there is more here that we wish to admit. Reference:

POINT: It is illegal to disclose the name of a CIA covert agent even if ROVE is a WHISTLEBLOWER.

"Scott McClellan, the White House spokesman, was visibly uncomfortable on Monday as he faced heavy questioning about the case. “We're not going to get into commenting on an ongoing criminal investigation from this podium,” he said."

Let's let the investigators go with this one, as the White House says. Let us not jump on an opinion that is not substantiated and offered by a third rate paper. CASE CLOSED.

In fact, I know they did. David Corn helped beat the drum promoting the demonstrably false story that Wilson was peddling.
