Yippeee! Black and white polka dots and pink! Neat! And yes, she has some of the most beautiful background border sets! I love to look at them, but don't think I've ever used one of hers.
Thanks, Lori - and thanks for giving up your time slot today so we could get a little more use out of this thread (since FR was the pits yesterday).

I just saw your Latest Post to me, and I've got to Study and Restudy it for a Long Time. (LOL, as I said, I'm Awfully Dense!) I'm having to Take Baby-Steps as I Try to Learn these things; I Finally Figured Out how to Change the Color of Gold in this Frame to Blue, from a Link you Posted to the Ribbons. I'm going to Attempt to Absorb your New Information now, and Experiment for Awhile;
thank you for Helping me! : )
To: Kitty Mittens
This frame is absolutely wonderful,it complements the colors in the picture!
I love the picture of our great President hugging the little
girl.
Great Job!

The opening post is a work of art Billie, just outstanding!
Everyone is doing such a good job with their creations, they're so soft and pretty and Dave's are always colorful and fun.
Had a look at the site you linked Lori and found the Aqua gif below, thanks for that.
Thought I would contribute a Bars/Lines/Dividers site (if someone hasn't already done so).
The weather has been awful here with the power being off at times, this area was badly effected by Dennis. Am exhausted from cleaning up tree limbs and debris and there's another squaw line coming any minute.
To: Aquamarine
Hi Aquamarine!
Thank you for the link!
You poor thing,I hope the damages aren't to bad.
Stay safe and dry.
To: Aquamarine
this area was badly effected by Dennis. Oh no. You sure seem to have had more than your share of bad weather. Hope the other hurricanes steer a path way around you.
I see an red X on your graphic. Guess Pat doesn't allow linking. :-(
Take it easy with your clean-up efforts, especially in the heat. Sistah HUGS!

No serious damage (yet) just lots of messiness and we were supposed to be on vacation....maybe tomorrow....
Will be looking for the line dividers in your upcoming posts BTW :)
To: Mrs.Nooseman
Thank you, Mrs.Nooseman, you are so sweet, and your Work on the Thread is
Outstanding! I Learned from Billie how to Adjust the Dimension Numbers of a Picture, and then I Fiddled with the Color on the Frame using Billie's Colors, so it is Due to her.
I'm Trying to Learn how to Do the really Complicated Stuff, but my Head is just Spinning with the Effort, LOL!

you didn't ask me.. but I love it.. here it is again
36 CHRISTIAN WAYS TO REDUCE STRESS
An Angel says, "Never borrow from the future. If you worry about what may happen tomorrow and it doesn't happen, you have worried in vain.Even if it does happen, you have to worry twice."
1. Pray 2. Go to bed on time. 3. Get up on time so you can start the day unrushed. 4. Say No to projects that won't fit into your time schedule, orthat will compromise your mental health. 5. Delegate tasks to capable others. 6. Simplify and unclutter your life. 7. Less is more. (Although one is often not enough, two are often too many.) 8. Allow extra time to do things and to get to places. 9. Pace yourself. Spread out big changes and difficult projectsover time; don't lump the hard things all together. 10. Take one day at a time. 11. Separate worries from concerns. If a situation is a concern, find out whatGod would have you do and let go of the anxiety. If you can't do anythingabout a situation, forget it. 12. Live within your budget; don't use credit cards for ordinarypurchases. 13. Have backups; an extra car key in your wallet, an extra housekey buried in the garden, extra stamps, etc. 14. K.M.S. (Keep Mouth Shut). This single piece of advice canprevent an enormous amount of trouble. 15. Do something for the "Kid in You" everyday. 16. Carry a Bible with you to read while waiting in line. 17. Get enough rest. 18. Eat right. 19. Get organized so everything has its place. 20. Listen to a tape while driving that can help improve yourquality of life. 21. Write down thoughts and inspirations. 22. Every day, find time to be alone.23. Having problems? Talk to God on the spot. Try to nip small problemsin the bud. Don't wait until it's time to go to bed to try and pray. 24. Make friends with Godly people. 25. Keep a folder of favorite scriptures on hand. 26. Remember that the shortest bridge between despair and hope isoften a good "Thank you Jesus." 27. Laugh. 28. Laugh some more! 29. Take your work seriously, but not yourself at all. 30. Develop a forgiving attitude (most people are doing the bestthey can). 31. Be kind to unkind people (they probably need it the most. 32. Sit on your ego. 33. Talk less; listen more. 34. Slow down. 35. Remind yourself that you are not the general manager of theuniverse. 36 . Every night before bed, think of one thing you're grateful for that you'venever been grateful for before.
GOD HAS A WAY OF TURNING THINGSAROUND FOR YOU. "If God is for us, who can be against us?" (Romans 8:31)

LOL.
How did you know I was heading to the site to snag some and trying them out ?;)
To: Kitty Mittens
LOL.
I know what you mean!
I suspect that we still have a lot to learn, novices that we are.
To: Mama_Bear
Went and uploaded it to my storage site. My screen name is so fitting right now, I feel waterlogged. lol
Seriously I can't tell you how bad it is, two hurricanes in one week...the corn is laid down, tomato cages and plants flipped over, driveway washed out, yard covered in limbs and leaves. Even have pieces of leaves stuck to the house and we just powerwashed it a few weeks ago. But like I just said to Mrs. Nooseman, nothing serious like trees on the house just a big mess with lots of work in the highest humidity level I've ever seen. It's like the hot humid Florida weather was pushed up here by the hurricane...a real steambath!
To: DollyCali
I thought I addressed it to all.
Sorry I skipped you Dolly!
I take it that you like it, otherwise you wouldn't be using it.;)
It's beautiful and they are wise words to live by.
How are you BTW?
To: Mrs.Nooseman
I wasn't feeling ignored. I am doing well considering all.. busy here; hot here. Taking frequent "indoor breaks" at computer.
YOu are doing really well with the HTML!!!! You will find the longer, more involved the posts get, the squirrelly it gets

Thanks for the trip to Disney World Dave, but may need some energy to go there. :( Maybe I'll go to the Smokies and just get a room (with maid service) and rest if the remnants of the hurricane moves through. :)
To: Mrs.Nooseman
Be sure and ping me when you get one to work. :)
To: Mama_Bear
That is sooooo pretty! Thanks for that link to Pat's Graphics--you're right, I could have spent hours there. I had to leave just so I could peek in here and see what everyone has been doing. This has been so much fun!
