Where do these people come from? Why do they care if I choose to smoke a cigarette in my car? Why is it punishable only if I'm also guilty of some other infraction? None of this makes any sense. These busybody political hacks make me SICK TO MY STOMACH !!! Damn! Now I have indigestion.

These legislators should be more worried about the corruption in NJ, the mass transit system that doesn't exist past the North/South border, the high-rate of taxes, the high rate of health care, water quality, the high rate of auto insurance, economic development, and the lack of housing in NJ.

Instead, they have the audacity to waste time on something like people smoking in their cars??? They represent Essex county and this is on their priority list?! What a party of Morons. No wonder the deputy, new governor is pushing for mental health care reform!

How about oral sex on a driver? Don't these idiots know that this would be much more of a hazard? Heh!

I'd rather pass a smoker on the highway anyday then a drunk or someone getting oral sex going 60 mph. LOL!

Jersey FReepers need, first, to buy one of these:

Then light a cig, take three drags and place it inside this device where it will extinguish itself.
Then, take them out and keep them in their mouths while frequenting malls, resturaunts, city streets, offices, post offices, grocery stores, etc.
They're not lit at all, but they LOOK like they are.

You should see the looks I get at malls.

How long before Democrats ban raidos in cars.

(at least ban all talk radio because talk radio is "distracting".)

And yet, New Jersey had no problemn with having a GAY Governor.

Lots of good people in New Jersey. Pity they too have bottom feeding lawmakers.

He just looks like somebody who would come up with a stupid ruling like this.

He was probably the kid who reminded the teacher on Friday afternoons that she forgot to give the class some homework for the weekend.

In Boulder, Co. a buddy of mine got a ticket for walking on a sidewalk while smoking a cigarette.

What???

What ridiculous, anal-retentive ordinance was he violating?

"Time for massive civil disobedience."

As long as there is no violence, right?

1) Spray black paint on all traffic camera lenses.
2) Let the air out of two tires on every police car.
