Where do these people come from? Why do they care if I choose to smoke a cigarette in my car? Why is it punishable only if I'm also guilty of some other infraction? None of this makes any sense. These busybody political hacks make me SICK TO MY STOMACH !!! Damn! Now I have indigestion.

Freeper Raycpa(?sp) found the primary offense already on another thread that Coleus posted.

Flicking cigarette ash out the car window is and will be the primary offense that will get us pulled over. Then the smoking while in vehicle will be the secondary offense.
