Really, this is extremely sad. Wouldn't it have been wonderful if Ronaldus Maximus had a great son to follow in his footsteps, instead of this pathetic creature?

If Hitlery does get the nod from the dems in 2008, Hitchens will be salivating. He really has her sized-up.

How can you know so little about this, and be occupying a chair at the time that you do? Pretty funny stuff from Hitchens.

The mold was literally broken in Reagan's case. One on a million kind of man.

RR: I guess because I listen to the 9/11 Commission, and read their report, and they said that Saddam Hussein was not exporting terror. I suppose that's how, Christopher.Har! The report from that "9/11 Commission" was laughed off LONG ago as not being worth the paper it's printed on. I agree with Hitchens - - what planet has Junior been living on?

The thing about Hitchens which most of us find appealing is he is a leftist but and honest and honorable one. He is a man with whom one can disagree politically but one assumes, rightly, that he wouldn't steal your watch if he got the chance. I cannot say that about most democrats in this country currently holding national office.

Hitchens is the classic example of how many liberals become conservatives....he got mugged. He's said on more than one occasion that he got "mugged" on 9/11 and had an epiphany of sorts - he reevaluated his previous left-leaning, socialistic tendencies, and decided they did more harm than good when it came to things like advancing the cause of freedom and democracy, and particularly in fighting terrorism.
Frankly, I don't care how Hitch left the dark side, I'm glad he's one of us now. He's brilliant.

An intellectual debate between Christopher Hitchens and RR Jr.?
Isn't that the equivalent of a leg of the 400 meter relay pairing Gail Deavers off of Michael Moore?
