I was lectured on Freerepublic that I was supposed to "feel safer" because we captured Saddam -- even though there's no evidence that he was behind 9-11. Osama is the guy that Bush promised to get "dead or alive" -- but four years later, he's still out there, free as a jail bird.
Maybe it's time to refocus on the mastermind and culprits who were behind 9-11?
Prediction: I'll get flamed as a "DU provacateur" for advocating that we go after somebody who killed 3000-plus people on American soil.
the main reason they didn't captured osama is probably the fear of terrorist attacks who would like to revenge osama after he's got the dead penalty.
i am personaaly more for another method: fire a rocket on his ass, kill any witnesses(not friendly forces) bury him deep into the mountain's and never mention him at all.

Well said. If UBL vanished tomorrow, and the pile of pulp he was turned into by our machine guns shown all over the world, what exactly would change? This war has been going on for thousands of years before he showed up, though he is leading this particular campaign. His death would turn him into a martyr, and that's fine with me, but it will end nothing.

There is a documentary sponsered by Discovery Times, called, "Terror's Children", made by "Sharmeen Obaid" a Pakistani woman. In it, after about 5 minutes, it shows a man working in Karachi for the UN Food charity...the man is shown for only a few seconds; but he looks exactly like UBL!
