Here comes a full day of stupid, crazy stories. Every discarded happy meal box is going to become a "suspicious package" and every reporter will rush to report on it.
Better safe than sorry. Heard on the Radio that the Medical Center Metro Stop on the Red Line in DC was shut down. Suspicious package there.
I watched a security guard for the railroad checking out the train station this morning. He was going around jiggling the doors of the newspaper boxes. He didn't look inside, just jiggled the doors. I guess he didn't think terrorists would spend 50 cents to put a bomb inside.
He won't make detective anytime soon.

We had a bomb scare once when I was in the Army in Germany. There was a "suspicious bag" left at the entrance to our barracks. The bomb squad came out. They made us all stand a hundred yards away or so while they messed with the bag for what seemed like hours. They ended up finally putting a small charge on the bag and blowing it up only to find blown up tennis shoes and gym clothes belonging to the guy who forgot his gym bag.

I know that FOX's Greta Van "Beat that dead horse to a patty" certainly would. Hopefully she is still stuck in Aruba
