Prayer request: Freeper Jack "Tahiti"Glennon killed in an accident on July 3

Just received the following message from FReeper Tahiti's wife:

Hello,

I do not know if I am contacting the appropriate person. However, I wanted to let the people at Freerepublic.com know that my husband, Jack Glennon, was killed in an accident on July 3, 2005.

Jack spent many hours of his time daily/weekly at your website and I know he posted often. I just wanted to let you know of his tragic passing.

He was a dynamic, wonderful man and a loving and devoted father. Freerepublic was such a big part of his life that I felt I needed to let someone know who might be able to post this information.

His obituary can be found in the St. Louis Post Dispatch in the Tuesday and Wednesday editions (which I know is a liberal paper - he reminded me often!).

Here is a quote of what Freeper Tahiti had to say to us all on his FreeRepublic web page:

These two amendments are the "check and balance" to the "commerce clause," Article I, Section 8, Clause 3, ("to regulate commerce among the states...") that the U.S. Congress' uses to exert jurisdiction over sovereign citizens of the 50 states.

What sad news! Tahiti was a good man, a great addition to the FReeper community. His wife and family are in my family's thoughts and prayers.

RIP Tahiti/Jack. You will be missed.

I am so very sorry. I offer prayers for you and for your family. This has to be an extraordinarily difficult time for all of you.

It was very kind of you to let us know about your husband's passing. Thank you for your thoughtful generosity.

In time, I hope that you will find comfort. It's very clear that you are a special lady. Please take care. I wish you well. And again, my sincere condolences. This is very sad news. Very sad, indeed.
