How do you know? It's secret testimony to the grand jury members only. Even Powell's attorney (or any witness for that fact) cannot be in the jury room. They have to sit outside while their client is testifying.

Yup, I think so.... anyway, I doubt Rove was hiding behind reporters' skirts - that's for leftist leakers to do.... :^) the whole Rove connection was always implausible (for the leak) - not that Cooper didn't talk to Rove, he did, but that doesn't mean he got any leak of Plame's name and job, etc. As has been pointed out a number of times, it's very unlikely Rove or anyone in the WH knew who the h--- Valerie Plame was before the articles started appearing. I'd look hard at liberal reporters, CIA drones, and Joe Wilson himself for the true sources of this entire kerfuffle, which has been totally bogus from beginning to middle to end.
Welcome to FR. You don't honestly expect us to believe that two reporters from left wing media outlets would risk going to jail to protect the Vice President? In their minds, he's the architect of the war in Iraq.
That's the same person who I am thinking especially seeing the Cooper is Grunwald's husband. Why do I have the feeling the leaker is going to have Clinton ties if not be one of them. Who else would reporters go to jail for?

Exactly, if they mysterious 'source' has any decency at all (not likely if it's a Demagogue from the media, CIA, or State Dep't, etc.) he will step forward and describe his role, insist he is not being coerced, and tell Judith Miller publicly to come clean and get out of jail..... but Miller is probably trying to hide a lot more than one source.....
