I don't think Novak would have described Clarke as "not a political gunslinger" because he clearly is just that.
Clarke is also unstable and downright nuts and therefore not a reliable source. LOL
Tenet sure fits Novak's description. Works for the admin, not a 'slinger, but has some scores to settle.
