President Bush and First Lady Laura left the White House this morning, traveling on Air Force One to Denmark for a one day official visit. They arrived safely this afternoon and were greeted in Copenhagen by Danish Prime Minister, Anders Fogh Rasmussen and his wife Anne-Mette. The Bushes will dine with Queen Margrethe II and Prince Henrick at Fredensborg Palace tonight, discuss our trans-Atlantic relationship, and thank the Danish people for their alliance with America in the War on Terror. From there, President and Mrs. Bush will travel to Scotland where the President will attend the G-8 Summit.
