Why doesn't this environmentalist shut down his ski resort and replant the trees? People produce smog driving there, and a great deal of electricity is used at the resort. Come on, Robert, give it back to nature, and give the animals back their homes. ***hole.

Bobby is great at acting...like a moron. Some actors have performed so long, they can no longer distinguish fantasy from reality.

Part of Bobby's bio: Redford won a baseball scholarship to the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1955. His performance in college and athletics rapidly deteriorated, and he began to drink heavily and skip classes and practice. He was subsequently kicked off the baseball team and lost his scholarship.

Brad Carson DEM candidate for Senate from OK in 2004 said the DEMS would never again be the majority party until the last memeber of the baby boom generation retired from Congress.

That's interesting. Do you have a link to a story about Carson saying that?

I quit going to Drudge's page when my pop up blocker started going off like a string of firecrackers every time I went there and I always picked up data miners. He's got one of the most infested web sites I've seen.

The incredibly less-wrinkled face of Robert Redford.

Drudge should stick to reporting. He's often left of center.
last night's broadcast was boring and off the track. The week before Drudge did not foresee the supreme court vacancy when this was being played out.

"...because he sees strong similarities between Bush's government and the events leading to the Watergate scandal..."

The "strong similarities" are the Democrats and the liberal left media trying every trick in the book to get something on a Conservative Republican President, but that is where the similarities end. The missing ingredient is a Democrat controlled Congress that went after Nixon with a vengeance.

It will be a relief to this country when all of my generation finally dies. I am ashamed to be a part of the a**holes who grew up in the 50s and 60s. What a great time that was to be an American and the spoiled little shi** threw it all away and tried to embrace communism!

Man, I know just how you feel. IMHO, you've easily got the post of the day.

Robert Redford is right; he is just a little late with his observations and he misnamed the President. He can't keep the little details straight because he fried his brains with experimental drugs during the 60's and early 70's.

I too was alarmed when I saw the FBI go after the White House Travel employess. That was a serious abuse of power. During the Whitewater hearings the number of brilliant White House employees who simultaneously acquired amnesia certainly looked suspicious. The Hillary Clinton billing records mysteriously showing up right on the White House table after years of searching would make anyone scratch their head. The handling of Vince Foster's death looked, at a minimum, like they were trying to keep Vince's diary or records from being made public. The pardoning and freeing Puerto Rican terrorist looked like a blantant political move to help Hillary's senatorial fortunes at the expense of our security. Is there a crime in there somewhere? And who can ever forget the 900 FBI files sitting right in the White House. Didn't Charles Colson serve a year in jail for having one (ONE!) unathorized FBI record in his possession? And Clinton's final act of pardoning America's No.1 tax cheat will be long remembered.

Oh, I can see why Mr. Redford would like to see an investigation of the President. I am sure Mr. Redford had ex-President Clinton in mind. Thanks for stating the obvious Mr. Redford.

And, he played a reporter in the movie so he knows coverups when he sees it

One thing I can say about Redford, he still looks as young as he did in Butch Cassidy.

BTW - I grew up the same time you did, and I'm not ashamed of my generation. It was a great time to grow up. Some people never grew up.

Mega dittoes. And true of every generation… some people never grow up.

Red Redford's alcohol-ravaged face must sting him when he looks in the mirror and wishes he looked the way he were.

All the president's men won't be able to put his kaput kareer together again, either.

Bye, bye Gatsby.
