This has been my argument too. I just don't see the logic of putting an AG in place for a few months and then moving him to a new job when he hasn't even settled into the last one. Bush is so organized .. this just doesn't fly with his mode of operation.

Morgan in Denver had the greatest Juan Willims description ever last week, "Juan Williams designated crash dummie for the rats". I never laughed so hard in my life.

That WAS a classic. Whenever I see Juan on the FNS panel, I visualize him now as a crash dummy with a clipboard full of DNC talking points.

In keeping with the supra-legalistic theme of this thread, here's a write up of how the University of Montana has finally allowed a conservative professor to teach constitutional law....AFTER they appointed an outside panel to "review his competence".

Sixty minutes is at it again.
They just ran a hit piece on the war on how the nasty old army is forcing people to go back into the service. They(C--BS) don't even know what the word patriotism means, sad commentary.

LOL--for sure today you would have killed it with Kennedy on 2 shows, Leahy, Hagel, Biden, Feinstein, Specter, Graham...

come to think of it, Mitch McConnell and John Cornyn are the only two that would be considered watchable, IMHO...

Although, like a poster said today, rodguy911 was it you?, it is better to have them on TV so we can see what they are up to...

Today we learned that Biden thinks that the SCOTUS makes law, and that is okey-dokey with him..

Kennedy, back in the day said that a nominees political ideology SHOULD NOT be considered when confirming a SCOTUS judge...

Leahy has decided calling Republicans "conservatives" is insulting them....???

Feinstein has already set up the confirmation process to be "Boltonized"...
