In keeping with the supra-legalistic theme of this thread, here's a write up of how the University of Montana has finally allowed a conservative professor to teach constitutional law....AFTER they appointed an outside panel to "review his competence".

I'm amazed, I thought there was a no Conservatives allowed law in the colleges.
