I think the socialist attack on judicial nominees who would use Framer-intent in interpreting the Constitution might also explain their attack on our Second Amendment "right of the people to keep and bear Arms." Why? Because when they come to take our property, they don't want to risk buckshot in the backsides.

In my neighborhood it will more likely be 50 caliber.

No surprise that Walter Williams understands the Constitution better than the felonious 5.

Which one of those 12 words is difficult to understand?

They aren't difficult to understand assuming that you aren't on a Socialist Jihad against America.

America's socialists want more control over our lives, property and pocketbooks. They cannot always get their way in the legislature; the courts are their only chance.

Says it all really.

This reminds me of Jezebel who had Naboth stoned to death in order for Ahab to get the vineyard he wanted. So in modern times at least eminent domain doesn't include the death penalty. Everything else is the same.

Another, more subtle, taking of property is via environmental wacko motives. While they don't take the physical piece of paper called the deed, some nut rules the swamp rats must be saved and thus you cannot develop your own property and you're stuck with it.

Ah, someone who understands the purpose of the Second Amendment.

The five so-called justices understand the Marxist constitution perfectly and apply it literally, without penumbras.

Sthouter is another living example of why fa**ots should not be allowed anywhere near the judiciary.

Just because the gov't gets more money to blow, doesn't mean the public necessarily benefits.
