No surprise that Walter Williams understands the Constitution better than the felonious 5.

Which one of those 12 words is difficult to understand?

They aren't difficult to understand assuming that you aren't on a Socialist Jihad against America.

America's socialists want more control over our lives, property and pocketbooks. They cannot always get their way in the legislature; the courts are their only chance.

Says it all really.

In recent years, the teaching of how checks and balances work in America to guard freedom has virtually come to a standstill. This ruling by the Supreme court joins a long list of blows to our basic form of government and to our most sacred documents which were set up to protect individuals against confiscation of their property..They (the courts) have already confiscated our intellectual property regarding the free practice of religion without interference of goverment through a tyrannical court system. Now, it is time to hold to the fire the feet of our elected representatives regarding these court rulings. They have the power to stop this madness..If they do not, then I predict civil war down the road. Americans will roll over only so far on this.

You saved me a lot of copy and paste my friend. Mr. Williams in his last two paragraphs said it to perfection. WTF is going on in America? Has the left finally one with the courts?
