Hugh Hewitt just said, moments ago, that, according to his sources, Chief Justice William Renquist will announce his retirement on Monday, and that the President will announce his nominee on Tuesday.

I'd like to see Estrada, but I'm not holding my breath. I think there'll be two nominations; one for Chief Justice, and the other to replace Rehnquist.

I heard the same. If true, watch for the fireworks to begin. Everything we have endured from the Dems will look like child's play compared to what is coming. Not saying that we will lose, but it will get wild!

Silly how everyone said, "Vote Bush, the Supreme Court is the most important issue and Bush will nominate good judges."
Instead, we have a few prime candidates that are truly anti-American.
