A Military Father’s Response to Senator Durbin and the Democrat Party

I know. My oldest son, 29, is one week into his second go in Iraq. Special Ops. Didn't have to go, but an SF officer he worked with last year was putting a team together for a certain task and offered him first shot at it. It's more of a command center job; no more midnight raids and whatnot, so there's that. No reason not to expect a happy ending.

Got a year and a half to go for his degree at the U of Maryland, and an 8-year old daughter, done a tour there already and came back with the SF Combat Patch, done tours in SA and the Philippines, Korea, China. But the call came again, and he answered..

I think about that ...creature.. in the senate, and what he/it said...I think about a lot of things.

Great Post. It's Treason for the likes of Durbin!! My Son-In Law spent 6 Mo. At Gitmo. He is a Navy Psychiatric Nurse. He tells me tales about having things from every bodily orifice being thrown at him.

What he said was calculated to harm the President and he cared not at all about demeaning our troops and endangering our country in the process. There is only one word for what he has done : TREASON

But what it has done is rally all behind our troops again even stronger. The Dems just don't get it. When things get going tough for the US, we just need a reason to get the wave of patriotism going again. Thank you Durbin, you just gave us reason to rally around our soldiers again.
