My dad thinks she was sold into slavery and that's why she hasn't been found. The Bradley girl appears to have been sold to a brothel. I think this kind of thing goes on more than we realize.
"American Justice" did an episode on Amy Bradley about 2-3 years ago.
Read the article - girl kidnapped off ship, sold into a Caracas brothel.
The Bradley case has been featured in conjunction with the Holloway matter on several news shows.
My understanding though is that there is some uncertainty as to whether Ms. Bradley actually left the ship the night she disappeared. So the statement that she disappeared in Aruba may be misleading.
But no matter -- a really terrible time for both families.
"My dad thinks she was sold into slavery and that's why she hasn't been found."
Until/unless they find a body, I tend to agree.
They're probably all male.
Probably the only thing I could think of even worse than death . . .
I'm assuming you mean "left the ship under her own power" - since she wasn't ON it, obviously she did leave.
He said an American girl leaned in and said: "My name is Amy Bradley. I need your help."
WTF is a Naval officer doing not helping this girl?
Something tells me the "crime wave" in Aruba will improve now that they have those three scums in jail.
I don't think slavers are interested in a corpse. She is obviously dead.
Especially the day that a Naval officer shows up, you get a chance to tell him you're an American and need help and he ignores your plea.
Why is she obviously dead? Have they found a body?
She may have also fallen overboard too. Or someone pushed her off. Or she was held against her will in some part of the ship and then taken off elsewhere at a later time.
All I'm saying is that it's possible she never actually got off the ship in Aruba.
I don't even know why I brought it up, except maybe to correct the impression that she did disembark the ship on her own. Some have accepted that as the truth, when in reality, no one really knows for sure.

I personally think the guy's story is bogus.
I want to know how a 17 yr old has not been able to be cracked yet. I would think someone that age would break quickly and gotten answers from. Thoughts?
